I would suggest taking pictures every week just for yourself so you can look at them and really see how far you have come. Also I can do waaaayyyy more push-ups in a row now lol.

@GeN-X been doing some form of push-up's for years now but this one is defnetly great. Got a mix of fast and slow and it pushes me just above me limit. Arms have gotten along more defined since doing his stuff. I recommend finding what you want and just setting a time to do it every day even if it is just for 5 min you will see results.

I really love non-judgmental this is. I cannot stress enough how much this "if you can't do it - go to your knees, this is hard guys" helped me to keep going over and over again and actually stick with this workout. I still get to my knees, but I am doing better and I now have some definite growth!

This is my FAVORITE of Igor's chest workouts! Twenty five seconds feels like the right amount of time to really go hard without having to pace yourself. Also, love the max out pushup challenge at the end!
You can just do it as circuit training. Do one round, take 90 second rest and go again - time under tension, slow movement and high reps will give you mass (depending on your current form, as you need the progressive overload, so you don't hit a plateau). Fast movement is for endurance.
