Here my Igor is key story I found this channel about 2 months ago when summer started and 2 months ago I couldn't do the first rep of this workout in a row so I went on your easier ad workouts did it for 2 months and now I did the whole entire workout straight without stopping. If your reading this don't give up it will take time to get stronger.
I really like having the slower sets included alongside the faster ones. It’s actually a great way to learn to really squeeze and flush out every movement. Learning what excellent form FEELS like is how you GET excellent form. And having excellent form is how you get excellent RESULTS.
I have been doing this workout everyday for about one and a half years now and I can definitely say it makes a huge difference! I have a really visible six pack now! Thanks for making this workout and remember to always never give up! 😊

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Next Level Diet, but there are many more great options online (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 5lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

After a month following this : - I added to this workout a good diet - and 1 cheat meal per week to keep motivation. - I've lost more than 5kg - My abs start to pop I've never been so shredded - I will keep working out my abs and core every single day for months and years now. Not for the first time I completed the 30 days abs transformation challenge...yesterday. To celebrate completion, I went nuts and did workouts 1-4 all in one on day 28. Great results, but we can't stop here. If you enjoyed the daily routine of abs work, Igor sets the structure for future ab routines that you can make for yourself. started the 30 day challenge an year ago, now, and not that consistently(around 2-4 times per week) my ab is the most defined its ever been. Pai this workout with running and a good breakfast really goes a long way. Keep up my guys 🔱

@LIGHTSHUBH just continue doing abs workouts, increase your time playing sports, try to eat a balanced diet with good protein, carbs and minerals (chicken and rice is good) and if you have anything you can use as weights then use those to help your arms grow and your biceps. RUclips workouts will help, discipline yourself and stay on track and it will work

@Harit Patel Yes, my abs are more visible. But remember that strong abs are not visible if they are covered by fat. You need to lose weight to undercover your strong abs.

2/27/22 I'm so glad I started doing this and found your video igor, I've been doing this same workout for about 4 weeks but there are no excuses for my lack of consistency. I've been doing it almost every other day and I can feel and see my abs now but I'm upset at myself for not doing it everyday. I'm gonna try harder to do it everyday and everytime I do this I feel so motivated
Researchers showed that your abs need rest after a workout just like every other muscle in your body. So you dont have to do it everyday but 4/5 day in the week is also fine!
Time to do this: Day 22: finished Day 23: finished and it is a pain Day 24: Workout completed and feel more better than before as well as took no breaks Day 25: Completed and now I need to recover for tomorrow Day 26: finished without any breaks once again and I realized that I need a shower Day 27: Finished the workout and I’m nervous but ready for tmr Day 28: I did the 30 ab challenge workout. It was a tough journey but I did it with no day breaks
I just did 8 years in prison it was federal USP's (United States Penitentiary) so we didnt have weights. All body weight well we made book bags sometimes sandbags. My point is i was doing most all body weight exercises - lots of burpees, dips, pull ups. I have some core exercises that will put some people in the dirt. All these videos are teaching me some new ways of doing things i have been used to my same ol' workouts and now I'm feeling that awesome burn i haven't had in a little bit. I must admit I got here to the halfway house and all the sudden got some good food and a phone so i broke my diet and have had to force myself to unglue from this phone lol. No actually the people who dislike this are folks who know that no exercise can build abs alone. Saying that these will build 6-pack abs... no thanks. I know better. And anyone doing old style sit up crunches knows no better.
@@gmro-ronosinski5102 it’s true that only working out abs won’t get you a six pack, but it will make you more lean unless you are stacking calories like a mad man. More lean = ability to get a six pack. It’s not like this workout is the only one people should be doing. I pick one or two other muscle groups to work every day along with it
I'm around 12% body fat and this bought out the abs really well. Stick to it beyond the month, nothing will show in just the month workout. I've been doing this for nearly 3 months and it's showing now.
...week 4 let's goooo 🔥 Day 23: ✅ it was definitely hard, but really good! Let's see how sore I am tomorrow! Day 24: ✅ Day 25 ✅ tough!! But felt so great afterwards! 💪🔥 Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ went well Day 28: ✅ still on it, I honestly think I improved so much compared to the beginning, but there is still room to go! Day 29: ✅ I actually did it!! 🔥🎉🎉 Final day completed!! It became a real habit to do trains abs first thing in the morning, anywhere and even after a night out. Creating habits is so powerful because it makes it way easier to stick with it and requires less and less willpower! I just finished the abs workout and i have to say something. 1) i love this guy, he's clear explaining all the exercises. 2) Both the arm and abs workout are amazing. I started this killer abs workout from today. Alhamdulillah! I completed this without any problem . Though, the form was a little bit off. I hope the form will be perfect within a week. I will do this 3 times a week. As we should rest so the muscle can be recovered! I hope, I will get a significant difference within 2 months. Just revisited one of my OG workouts. This used to destroy me. I feel it now, but finished it non stop. I'll be 47 in a month and was 100lbs heavier three years ago. Persistence pays off!

Obviously not going to get Igor's body In 30 days but these 30 days is definitely a boost and I have finally gotten the workout flu.. That's worrying. Elderly should not do over-excessive exercises. Especially abdominals, since most elderly have gusto-intestinal problems, this could provoke an acid reflux attack or worse. Please treat your mother a little more carefully. But still, congratulations on the work ethic you two share!

Not for the first time I completed the 30 days abs transformation challenge...yesterday. To celebrate completion, I went nuts and did workouts 1-4 all in one on day 28. Great results, but we can't stop here. If you enjoyed the daily routine of abs work, Igor sets the structure for future ab routines that you can make for yourself. Increasing the length of the exercise, introducing new/advanced exercises, and gradually even increasing the number of sets performed, is all you have to do to make your own routine just like this, only tailored just for you!

@LIGHTSHUBH just continue doing abs workouts, increase your time playing sports, try to eat a balanced diet with good protein, carbs and minerals (chicken and rice is good) and if you have anything you can use as weights then use those to help your arms grow and your biceps. RUclips workouts will help, discipline yourself and stay on track and it will work

2/27/22 I'm so glad I started doing this and found your video igor, I've been doing this same workout for about 4 weeks but there are no excuses for my lack of consistency.
I've been doing it almost every other day and I can feel and see my abs now but I'm upset at myself for not doing it everyday. I'm gonna try harder to do it everyday and everytime I do this I feel so motivated
Researchers showed that your abs need rest after a workout just like every other muscle in your body. So you dont have to do it everyday but 4/5 day in the week is also fine!

I just did 8 years in prison it was federal USP's (United States Penitentiary) so we didnt have weights. All body weight well we made book bags sometimes sandbags. My point is i was doing most all body weight exercises - lots of burpees, dips, pull ups. I have some core exercises that will put some people in the dirt. All these videos are teaching me some new ways of doing things i have been used to my same ol' workouts and now I'm feeling that awesome burn i haven't had in a little bit. I must admit I got here to the halfway house and all the sudden got some good food and a phone so i broke my diet and have had to force myself to unglue from this phone lol. It became a real habit to do trains abs first thing in the morning, anywhere and even after a night out. Creating habits is so powerful because it makes it way easier to stick with it and requires less and less willpower! The fact that you are not doing it in a studio reminds us that these workouts can be done anywhere! In my opinion, the background is as suitable as it would have been filmed in a studio.
After completing the 3 weeks I did this workout later and I’m still doing it until today. It feels so good💪

Just revisited one of my OG workouts. This used to destroy me. I feel it now, but finished it non stop. I'll be 47 in a month and was 100lbs heavier three years ago. Persistence pays off!
