Day 1 - Everything was hard
    Day 2 - Still Hard
Day 3 - Got more confident and feel a little stronger Did the Crunches and Butterfly without any breaks
Day 4 - Feel a bit more stronger, Did Crunches and Buttfly and Hip Raises, and Bicycle without any Breaks, and In Side Twist a 5 second break, and pendulum, V-Holds were and I felt sore after. But I do feel a bit stronger
Day 5 - I feel much stronger I did everything without a break, except the pendulum, and V-holds, I can see a 2 pac now when I flex
Day 6 - It feels like day 1 again, I am insanly sore, and After Hip rises everything got so much harder, but for some reason I did the V-Hold without any breaks.
Day 7 - Its been a week! I feel much stronger and I see 2 pac when I flex, I did everything without no break except Side Twist.
Day 8 - I am hella sore, after side twist it got hard, but I lost a lot of fat on my stomach
Day 9 - Still Insanly sore, after bicycle it got hard for me, I see major difference in my stomach
Day 10 - I felt like taking a break today, but I didnt and I did my best so far.
Day 11 - Rest Day today
Day 12 - Though about giving up today but i didnt, and I did it. It was pretty easy until that last 2
Day 13 - Best day so far did everything with barely any breaks
Day 14 - Best day I did everything without any break
    Day 15 - Rest day
Day 16 - Felt so sore and tired today, but I still did it but it was hard. the 2 pac is now visible, and the 4 pac is now visible when I flex
Day 17 - Felt sore today because I was working all day yesterday, and i had so much back pain so I went a little easy, I did all of it for 30 seconds no breaks, only a 30 second break after bicycle, then finish the rest with 30 seconds on each
Day 18 - Thought about quiting today, but I was being discipline and did it, Felt good at the end
Day 19 - I missed this day I was tired and being lazy, and I regret it
Day 20 - Did everything none stop except pendulum and bicycles
Day 21 - Got lazy and I didnt do it, I regret it
Day 22 - Did everything well, You can for sure see a 2 pac without even flexing, but 4 pac slightly appears during flexing
Day 23 - came back from work very tired so I couldnt do it
Day 24 - I did it but it felt so hard
    Day 25 -Lost Motivation
    Day 26 -Lost Motivation
Day 27 -Watched a video and gained back alot of Motivation and did it. I felt good at the end after I did it
    Day 28 - Very sick
Day 29 -Got worse im very sick
Day 30 - I am so sick, I vomited and layed in bed most of the day
    Overall -
I am sick still but once am get better I am gonna keep on doing it for a month, good progress so far I can see 4 pac and flex with 6 pac.

Day 1: harder than i thought, had to take multiple breaks during pendulum and v-hold
Day 2: still difficult, took less breaks during those two
Day 3: only took one break during pendulum, held the v-hold the entire time! (my body was practically convulsing and i was shaking haha but i held it anyway)
Day 4: took no extra breaks at all during the workout, kept up for the most part, and my body was shaking less during the v-hold
Day 5: kept up and took no extra breaks, felt easier today and i didn't shake as much. i'm able to see the lines of a six-pack, but they're still covered by a layer of fat/skin
Day 6: kept up and no extra breaks, i was exhausted today so it hurt a bit more than usual
Day 7: felt really good today for some reason, kept up w/ no extra breaks and i wasn't as tired at the end
Day 8: went well today, no extra breaks and kept up. I can see the 6 pack when i flex
Day 9: really needed this today, hurt a bit but i kept up w/ no extra breaks
Day 10: hardest it's been in a hot minute. i overate a bit today and felt really bad about it, doing this made me feel better. kept up with no extra breaks but the v-hold was pretty difficult
Day 11: felt better today, kept up with no extra breaks. v-hold was difficult again but i pushed through it
Day 12: fine ig, really need to work on my diet. kept up w/ no extra breaks and it wasn't as difficult
Day 13: better than it has been, no extra breaks + kept up. focused on my form and breathing today
Day 14: halfway there:) easier today, no breaks and kept up
Day 15: felt good, no breaks and kept up
Day 16: tiring, v-hold was pretty hard but I held it
Day 17: felt tired in the beginning, but i feel more energized after finishing for some reason:)
Day 18: went well today, i feel good about it
Day 19: felt tired but i did it anyway
Day 20: fine, the v-hold was a bit difficult
Day 21: i was super sore from practice yesterday but i did it anyway cause i didn't want to lose my streak. i'm really glad i decided to do it because i think today was the best day i've had. i felt great after completing it.
Day 22: literally had no motivation to do this today but i got up and did it anyway:) it went well!
Day 23: five more days, today was tiring but good
    Day 24: exhausting.
Day 25: went better today, i still feel tired
Day 26: pendulum and v-hold were pretty hard, had to force myself to keep going
Day 27: i actually felt semi-ok today, my form was better and so were the last two exercises
Day 28: today was by no doubt the best day out of all of them. my form was the best it's been and I felt motivated the whole way through to finish strong.
Results : I HIGHLY recommend this workout to anyone thinking about doing it. I've been doing workouts like these everyday for about three years and have never gotten this much of a result in 28 days. Before beginning this routine I only had a semi-defined two pack, and when I flexed I had a semi-defined four pack on a good day. After these 28 days I have a well defined four-pack without even flexing, and a pretty well-defined six pack when I do flex. Trust me, the hardest part about the workout is finding the motivation to actually get up and do it. The results are so worth it. I plan to continue this for another month and then start one of the programs. This routine is not easy. After 28 days I still struggle to keep going. The worst part about it is your mind trying to trick you to give up and take a break, especially toward the end. When you're finally able to overcome the temptation of giving up you realize that you're stronger than you thought (side note: counting to ten 5 times helped me get through the pendulum and the v-hold most days). I know this is a little long, but I hope it helps. Remember that you got this, don't give up!

Really worried for those people who actually believe on this mislead videos.. let me tell you,, it is impossible to reduce fat from a particular area of the body .. problem is they play with the our desires. Coz we want the shape just like them. It’s look cool when they had cutting abs and they do the abs workout and we feel yes that is the way to get abs .. no that’s not right.. the only solution is fat loss .. we all have abs hidden with fat.. just tighten your abdominal and feel with your fingers .. now the topic is how you lose fat .. high intense cardio.. calorie deficit diet and the patience coz the results will not shown in a day or month or two month coz abs will be shown when your fat percentage drop under 10%. Now you need to know your fat percentage so that you get to know that how much time it will take when you achieve your target .. like if you have 20% of fat than it will take approx 4-6 months with proper exercise and diet .. you need to reduce your calories more than you take.. so it’s my request they do these exercises and videos for the views only but the truth is not there and one more truth as you can see lot of gym boys have nice biscuits abs but it’s nearly impossible to get natural abs or you can without steroids.. you can lose fat you can see the nice impression but the perfect abs naturally is very rare .. it’s depends on your genetics.. thanks

...and I'm back! 😂🔥👌 Coming from Igor's 4 weeks abs workout program that gets harder each week, I'll redo this one now!
...Day 29: ✅ first time doing this one after a long time! Damn it's hard!! I had to take multiple breaks and adjust the workouts to make it easier! I got work to do! See you tomorrow!
Day 30: ✅ (skipped one day), I was braced how hard it would be but still, it's just HARD 😂🔥. Had to take a breaks after pendulum, but in general more solid than before. If you do this workout in perfect execution, it's definitely very advanced. Working towards that 👍🔥
Day 31: ✅ going through some relationship problems, so was hard to stay focused and motivated. But I'm working things out and I'm keeping my abs routine going 💪
Day 31: ✅! Guys, stay true to yourself. Don't do sh*t just because of others wanting you to. Only do it if you truly feel it's right.
Day 32: ✅ 🔥 there is work to do. And it starts with myself.
Day 33: ✅ Pendulum is still so tough 😱 and I still need some breaks in between. But it feels like progress! Truly love yourself guys! Only then you can love others! ♥️
    Day 34: ✅
    Day 35: ✅ tough
Day 36: ✅ first time i held the v-hold with out break!! Otherwise tough but strong!
    Day 37: ✅!
    Day 38: ✅!!
    Day 39: ✅!!!
    Day 40: ✅
Day 41: ✅, ok so even though doing it every day builds a strong habit, i feel like my abs need more break to recover. It always feels like I'm still not recovered the next day. So gotta take a day off i guess :)
Day 42: ✅ paused 1 day to see, I felt a bit less muscle fatigue but I actually performed same if not worse 🤣 well I'll see how it goes the next few times
Day 43: ✅ (no day break)
Day 44: ✅ (one day break)
Day 45: ✅ (no day break)
Day 46: check, did a few days break. Really felt recovered, so solid workout.
Day 47: ✅, 2 days rest in between
    Day 48: ✅, 2 days break
    Day 49: ✅, 1 day break
Day 50: ✅, 3 days break. Still going, still no likes lol ...😂

Day 1: had to take a looot of breaks, around 10. Bicycle was not full range of motion, sore towards the end.
Day 2: now I knew what I'm expecting, so mentally prepared and exercising more will power leading to 2 breaks less, so 8 in total. Bicycle is really tough as well as pendulum. But the workout felt shorter and more controlled this time.
Day 3: Today was the toughest so far, but I finished it anyway. Even I had a good chest workout just before abs felt sore and inflexible. 9 breaks.
Day 4: didn't want to start, did it anyway and actually better than ever before with 6-7 breaks. Bicycle is frustrating me as it seems easy but I can't manage do do it with no breaks. However, I can smell progress!
Day 5: Went swimming that morning. No workout. Let's call it rest day.
Day 6: Back to work. Went smooth until bicycle. There I need to be honest with my form. Afterwards pendulum etc. was really tough. Total of 7 breaks.
Day 7: completed it with 5-6 breaks. Same weak points (candle, bicycle, pendulum) but overall felt more controlled. I really want to finish these 28 days!!!
Day 8: Tired and exhausted, but actually one of the best workouts so far! Just 3 breaks. But I need to focus on getting the form perfect for candle and bicycle, that really defines how hard it is. Until tomorrow!
Day 9: Best so far! Felt solid! 3 extra breaks only! I think I'm making process!
Day 10: Damn guys, this is not easy. Today it felt really hard. Had to take 5-6 breaks. I need to focus 100% when doing this workout. Also adapted my diet to Igor's low carb plan (check it out!)
Day 11: Tough as usual, perhaps the lack of carbs is making it slightly more exhausting. Around 3-4 breaks - Had to take a bigger break during pendulum and bicycle. But finished it once again.
    Day 12: planned rest day.
Day 13: no excuses, didn't make it today. Went swimming in the morning. Didn't have energy left.
Day 14: Back in the game! Went alright, had to take a break during bicycle and 2-3 during pendulum as it felt really hard to hold it. But completed the workout - until tomorrow!
Day 15: First time bicycle without a break!!! YES! Still had to do + 2 breaks on pendulum, but the success with the bicycle really motivated me to push harder. It's already incredible to compare today with the first day, what is possible due to practice.
Day 16: today it was really tough again. I tried to mimic Igor exactly when doing the candle, and it's a lot harder. Also couldn't hold through bicycle and pendulum, 4-5 breaks.
Day 17: tough. more breaks than usual, but focus on better form, even it makes it harder.
Day 18: today was hard, i felt sore. I need to be careful that my lower back is always straight. As I couldn't hold that for pendulum, I had to take 3-4 breaks. However, I start to see my abs becoming more defined than ever before!
    Day 19: rest day.
Day 20: Just tough. No progress.
Day 21: The lack of progress is frustrating. Felt sore halfway through, couldn't hold bicycle, pendulum nor boat. 4-5 breaks for sure.
Day 22: More controlled today but same about of breaks. Did second half of pendulum with tugged legs.
Day 23: trying to focus on perfect form. I can feel it's effective even i can't hold it through without breaks. Same difficulties with the usual exercises, but candle was with the best form so far.
Day 24: Puh! And another one! Candle good form again, bicycle without breaks! I feel like if I pass a certain point around 15 secs in and don't give up I get used to the pain and often can make it through the whole set. Had to take breaks for pendulum though. At some point I just feel like my back isn't straight anymore. ;)
Day 25: Felt strong. Remember guys: Quality beats Quantity. I really focused on doing the form perfectly and squeezing my abs, even that means I can't keep up with Igor's reps. But I think 5 perfect reps are way better than 10 sloppy ones.
    Day 26: Rest day.
Day 27: went alright until pendulum, there I simply can't hold it with good form. But I try to get there gradually!
Day 28: Yoooo 28 days!!!! 🥳🥳🥳 But I need 5 more workout days as I did 5 rest days. Also it went ok but same weak spots. I noticed my lower back is too weak to hold the pendulum and similar exercises properly. I admit that I neglected back training lately, now I'm seeing the consequences .. I'll integrate a back session now in my routine again!
Day 29: feeling strong. Controlled. It is still a hard workout and I adapted pendulum to centaur cause my back can't take it yet. But working out abs almost every day for a month gave me serious gains. Some more weeks with proper nutrition (healthy low carb) and defined abs will be the reward.
Day 30: almost skipped today but a motivational video reignited my energy to do the workout. Tough as usual, same progress, candle is getting good though. :)
    Day 31: rest.
Day 32: did it. Pendulum with hands under the butt is way easier, I'm doing it when I can't hold the normal one anymore.

Day 1 -doing it twice a day for a week
    Day 2
Day 3 -already seeing strength and definition, not much but noticeable
Day 4 -took a weekend break in between day 3-4
    Day 5 -i now have a 2 pack lol
    Day 6
Day 7 -one week! Stronger, but not by much, but overall definitely improvement to the core, can go through two exercises without stopping
Day 8 -took a weekend break, also switching it to once a day for a week
    Day 9
Day 10 -can do half the exercises easily. (Definitely works!)
    Day 11
    Day 12
    Day 13
Day 14 -week two!!! Not much change to body, but stronger
Day 15 -took one week off, now doing it twice a day💪
    Day 16
    Day 17
    Day 18
Day 19 -seeing a bit more definition
    Day 20
Day 21 -week 3 is done!!! Exercises are getting easier! Much stronger. Going for another week!
Day 22 -week 4!! Still doing it twice a day.
    Day 23
    Day 24
    Day 25
Day 26 -seeing the strength, can do abt 5 of them without taking stopping and seeing more definition.
Day 27 -one day left to complete!
Day 28 -4 weeks completed!!! Overall i feel much stronger and my body shape has changed quite bit. Tho the 6 pack abs part is less true, I’ve gotton more definition to my abs and probably would have something close to six packs if i lost some more fat, but other than that, im going to keep going for another 4 weeks! Different setup on a different video!

Hey guys! I just finished this challenge and I wanted to say that I definitely see results. I had a semi defined 2 pack when I started but now I have a defined 4 pack. I plan on continuing this challenge for another month because I think it’s great for targeting the lower abs.
The first few days were pretty bad because my body was adjusting to the workout and I was sore. By halfway, I was doing weighted crunches with 35 lb kettlebell, leg lifts with 10 pound weights, and oblique twists with a 10 pound ball.
The hardest part about doing this challenge is actually bringing yourself to do the exercises in the first place. Once in the groove, it’s not too bad. I did additional sets of crunches, bicycles, and oblique twists if I wasn’t too tired that day. I also did hanging leg raises/knee raises on my pull-up bar whenever I saw it. In conjunction with this challenge, I did cardio 2-3x a week at 300 calories per session. Coupled with a good diet and a caloric deficit, you’ll definitely see results.
