@@driftify1371 yea I've been doing the workout everyday the past week and I don't feel sore or anything. I actually wanna increase the difficulty bcuz it's getting kinda easier (probably because I was doing another abs workout for more than a month before starting this one). And I have to admit, doing it everyday really is effective. I will continue and I hope to see some definition on my abs this winter. We started slow as a skinny fat person and are working our way up to an aesthetic physique 😩👌
for anybody watching these who has never been in shape, try once. Once you commit to working out and cutting out some of the shit you eat on a day to day basis and you start seeing results, you will never want to stop. Hope this helps, keep pursuing ur goals, aim high and work hard (but don’t forget to rest😆) have a good week🤙🏻
I've been working out at home since 2 months, but since the last 5 days I started you program and I do like 3 sets of each, and this is the best burn I've felt at home in the last two months!!!!! You're the best coach!!!!!!!!🙌

Each second feels like an hour and rest time feels like 1 ms. This is my day 2 and I'm dead already lol. But I really appreciate the hard work you put in making this programme. Thanks a lot Igor!
@@zalannemeth Yea I don't see much of a visible change but my strength has increased dramatically. I could do only 15 push-ups in a row but now I'm able to do like 27. Also I'm only on my 10th day. Ya man that V hold is no joke ive done this circuit several times and by the second week I think the V hold is still one of the toughest on here but I still get through.
I don’t know what’s so special about this routine but I keep coming back to it every time I do abs. Such a good mix of exercises and the time is just right.
All things considered, one should understand doing abs like this everyday isn't exactly good for you. So spare this for a set on abs day , better yet combine this with triceps chest day for body day.

I completed 28 days of workout, let me share the changes with you guys. My weight hasn't changed much, it's almost the same. But I ate what I want. I love eating fruits and I eat a lot in summer. Didn't eat any fast food except sometimes my mom fried something for dinner. I used Hardline Whey 3 Matrix protein powder two times in a day, one before workout and the other after workout. I ABSOLUTELY HAVE GAINED MUSCLES. My physquie changed as I look photos of first and the last day of workout. I have gained a lot on chest and arms. Because of I didn't do any strict meal plan I haven't lost my belly fat. Now I started to new program of Igor and this time I won't eat any sugar, fast food or flour included thing. So stay here and let me share you with the new results after 30days of new workout! Thanks so much Igor and those who are reading this comment!

You should learn self defense and learn how to verbally defend yourself. Once you are confident enough you should provoke them with your words, and make them try and make their first move and that's when you make an example of your bully.
Just work hard and everything will work out :)

This truly is the best ab workout. Doing it once a day, you can quite literally see the improvements within 2 weeks- been doing it for years now :)
Focus on where he puts his hands in each exercise it makes the intensity of the workout so much more difficult.
Thats true ...those v holds get so much more difficult when you pick your elbows off the floor
And the shoulders, this is very important for the top abs, if shoulders are not touching the ground there is so much pressure there, for sure
