This happened to me personally I got jacked from Igor thanks to him then they were armwrestling I went there and broke 2 people arms I got into trouble but they got their arms locked for 3 months
I a subscriber of this channel where the subscribers only 200k and I going his workout for more than 3years and I can tell you it gives some good results but if your bulking you have to eat more than doing workout. that was the mistake I did I just did exercise and didn't focus on diet .now I only eat 2 times per day but gained weight more than 7kg in around 15 days.now some time feel like I have no energy and stomach pain sometimes so am not eating much for a while but the results shocking for me.
@@mohammedhamaas2397no energy and stomach issues is bad. More food is important with bulking but balance out meals to what you can handle without eating too much at once. Maybe split 2 big meals into 3 smaller meals and eat 2 of them around your workout time (1 before and 1 after)
Day 1: Pain(no time to rest) Day 2: my body is adjusting slowly Day 3: still adjusting Day 4: Abs on fire Day 5: Didn't feel a thing untill bicycle(cause no rest) Day: 6: Same as day 5 Day: 7: Getting stronger🔥 Day 8: Keep messing up at side plank(i sweat too much) Day 9: Had to reduce the reps cause i sprain myself while practicing for the big day Day 10: Had to heal my body so no workout Day 11: No pain no gain (still injured but i have healed enough to do basic movement) Day 12 - 24: Nothing happen Day 25 -29: I got sick

Eat oatmeal in the morning, then a lot of veggies and meat for lunch and dinner. No bread and just enough rice ! That will help you cut down @ the belly part
