Pro tip: Put the video in 0.75 speed if its too hard for you. Get more time to do reps and rest. I got a much better work out as the normal speed is too hard for me.
It’s rare you find something of this quality for free. You’re right there with him for the entirety of the workout and not much video editing. This is awesome for myself being an active duty member with gyms in my area that have limited hours from all this COVID shit that don’t fit with my schedule. I stumbled on this video as a total newbie who was just starting to get consistent with his fitness. After 9 months of hard work and growing stronger I managed to get through this workout from start to finish. This was an excellent challenge, and I can't wait to see what else you come up with.
First time trying this workout, I came to 9:56 and then couldn’t do anymore due to muscle failure I will update you all on my progress with this workout Day 2: I came to 9:19 and decided to not to do anymore because my left elbow is starting to hurt and I want to recover so I can do better the next time I do this workout Day 3: I came to 9:55 again, pretty happy that I did better than last time. The pump felt amazing when I finished lol (Also I'm doing this workout 2 times a week, so my muscles have time to recover) Day 4: I made it to 9:56 like last time, the last rep drained my energy. The workout felt slightly (1%) easier than last time, which was really unexpected Day 5: Made it to 9:55. I’m surprised because I did so much intense cardio yesterday, so I thought my muscles would give in sooner Day 6: Some progress made, I came a bit further today at 10:29. I feel less motivated though but I know what to do to fix it. Day 7: The workout feels much better. I came to 10:29 like last time, I skipped one chest workout to do arms instead because they were falling a bit behind Day 8: Tested my limits, made it to 11:09 :) I'm proud of how my progress actually continues and just doesn't plateaus Day 9: Wow, unbelievable. I made it to 11:49 and only now need two more sets to fully complete the workout, insane Day 10: Hit rock bottom, made it to 9:22. Today I just felt too tired and unenergized, but at least I pulled myself together and did this workout. Yesterday I did a lot of cardio + explosiveness, was also really active and ultimately didn’t give myself time to recover. Day 11: First time completing the entire workout, was really fun. My tip is to incorporate this chest workout in your workouts for other muscle groups, so that for example after you did 3x8 diamond push ups, you can train another/multiple muscle group(s)(efficiency). Last edit: I now have tricep tendonitis, so it will be a while until I can work my chest again. Fun workout and I would recommend it. Stop the workout if needed and definitely get enough rest. o7 31.12.2023: This workout has way too much volume lol. Gave me tendonitis and my recovery was dog water. At least I can say that this kickstarted my workout journey (started at 55kg, now 76kg).
Pro tip: If you struggle to keep up increase the rest for 10 or even 20 seconds. Your muscles will have more time to relax and you will be able to do all reps.
I've been practising this routine for 8 months now and it has actually become my favourite chest workout! I sometimes change the exercises to make it even harder and add a few reps but it makes it only better! How to become huge in 20 minutes! Thanks man! :)

I couldn’t continue after 10:46 I took a lot of breaks between the sets but I did all exercises with proper form and didn’t do the easier variations of the movements. This was the hardest push-ups workout I’ve ever done. Thank you 🙏

Update: I have decided to cut back and only do this challenge after every 3 months for a whole month. Because I really need to do more abs and legs. My arms, chest and shoulders are now perfect and it's all thanks to this chest workout.

I actually finished this for the first time and... My God, it's so good. It pumps me up much more quickly than the way I trained before. I had to take slightly longer pauses sometimes and had to drink some water. My chest totally activated but my shoulders are also on fire because I trained them less than 24h ago.
My hands feel numb before doing the last exercise.. I swear this chest workout is the hardest i've been doing my whole life.. Btw i've already finish your 5 weeks program igor.. It's great video...I was someone who had skinny chest and friends always tell me that I need to work on them. Started this program 2 months ago and I could barely do 80 push ups in total...Now I can pump up to 200 push ups with 12 reps in each exercise, of course I modified the program a little bit for my needs. Great opportunity to build something what you want!

2.13.22, Aesthetic Body, Week 1, Day 1✅. Folks, unless you’re in insanely great shape, don’t feel bad if you can’t make it all the way through this one. Sometimes I think Igor forgets that there are people out here who have never worked out before snd twice his age or older. This is NOT for beginners at all. If you don’t use your chest muscles properly you can severely f*** up your shoulders, which would only keep you on the sidelines for days or weeks or longer. And forget the 10 second rest between sets as that’s nuts. I’ve been doing push ups for years and even I take 30 second rests between sets of 12. Stay safe first and maybe opt for a less advanced chest workout if you’re just getting started.
As a powerlifter; this was a humbling experience, lol. Never thought a home workout could be that difficult! I'm most definitely struggling because of the short breaks haha. Keep up the good work man!
Great video. Started 5 months ago, really struggled. Had to take a 30 sec / 1 min break between exercises. 5 months later im doing this with a 20kg backpack on and its really helped define my chest.

I actually finished this for the first time and... My God, it's so good. It pumps me up much more quickly than the way I trained before.
I had to take slightly longer pauses sometimes and had to drink some water.
My chest totally activated but my shoulders are also on fire because I trained them less than 24h ago.

It's great video...I was someone who had skinny chest and friends always tell me that I need to work on them. Started this program 2 months ago and I could barely do 80 push ups in total...Now I can pump up to 200 push ups with 12 reps in each exercise, of course I modified the program a little bit for my needs. Great opportunity to build something what you want!
Tbh this was the hardest workout ever done by me ❤️ first time wasnt able to complete a workout of igor🙄 maybe bcz i did arms workout and back just before thus😁like first time got on knees after 3to4 exercises

Lets fucking go! Completed the whole workout without pausing for a single millisecond! At certain points , it felt like , the whole world was on my back , but yet i pushed through it. Now absolutely sweated up and feeling super energised. Stay hard soldiers!

2.13.22, Aesthetic Body, Week 1, Day 1✅. Folks, unless you’re in insanely great shape, don’t feel bad if you can’t make it all the way through this one. Sometimes I think Igor forgets that there are people out here who have never worked out before snd twice his age or older. This is NOT for beginners at all. If you don’t use your chest muscles properly you can severely f*** up your shoulders, which would only keep you on the sidelines for days or weeks or longer. And forget the 10 second rest between sets as that’s nuts. I’ve been doing push ups for years and even I take 30 second rests between sets of 12. Stay safe first and maybe opt for a less advanced chest workout if you’re just getting started.

As a powerlifter; this was a humbling experience, lol. Never thought a home workout could be that difficult! I'm most definitely struggling because of the short breaks haha. Keep up the good work man!
Great video. Started 5 months ago, really struggled. Had to take a 30 sec / 1 min break between exercises. 5 months later im doing this with a 20kg backpack on and its really helped define my chest.
