Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do them the right way. It's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home since corona time... The meal plan I'm following is from Dietarize. I lost 25lbs in four weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure). I like its flexibility and simplicity. I'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but for now Dietarize does really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀

2022-10-12 Week 5: returning after awhile my wrist is injured so I can only train back legs and abs. I need to improve form on this workout Week 7: 2022-11-08 Felt the workout quite a bit but there is still an imbalancement where I can only feel my right side of back
2022-11-03 Week 6: back after a long time. Wrist still injured so no scpaular pushups but did table pull ups instead. Felt the workout but need to work on form I still feel the imbalancement and lack of middle and upper back muscles. Still can't complete the workout perfectly.

Anyone who is saying they feel 'nothing' to the first time through needs to make sure they are doing these right. 1. As much of your upper body needs to be off the ground as you do these movements, and you are not touching the ground totally and losing tension between reps. 2. You need to me making your you're contracting the lats as hard as you can on these movements and giving a full squeeze at the peak of the movement. For example with the towel pulldowns, your upper torso needs to be off the ground, you need to be isometrically trying to pull the towel apart while you are pulling your elbows down, and you need to contract hard at the peak of the movement. And you don't let up on the isometric tension the whole time during the set.

The same goes for any muscle. It's how you perform it and the methods you implement that help you grow your back over time.

@@andorszabo770 Én pedig a "5 weeks"-et kezdtem el, de még csak 3napnál tartok...fegyenc edzést toltam egy ideig, most akarok újra kezdeni, egy jó kis szakítás után :D. Kiváncsi leszek...

Nice. A great routine since we don't always have pull up bars or parallel bars to do back exercises. Looks like some lifeguard training in the back too which looks interesting lol

I started watching this guy and follow the exact workouts and I've seen a lot of improvement In the past 3 weeks i work out 4-5 times a week (30 minutes)do intermediate dieting and rest

@@FredIsLit I skipped a Day, that being said my back has been fine after i was done. I never really focused on back exercise before but I've been training nearly all my life so I guess my body recovers alot faster.

just did it man. pretty good no weights no pull ups no resistance bands. this week i train back like this. cheers

Best no equipment back workout on YT. Hit this after a 10 minute ab workout and thats 25 minutes well spent.
Thanks for this back workout; I feel that the culprit to my upper back pain/discomfort is partly due to it not being strong; so here I am to build it up.
My fave is the towel set (I ever heard my back loosening from the tightest! 😮)
