You got this I was skinny but now I am half skinny just put in the effort first start with low effort workouts to burn of extra fat then start doing workout like this just some advice to help you Bro. Today was my first day on this segment #2 and I was able to keep up on this one, and at almost his pace (except with the side planks) up until the last 20 sec. Still very hard. Starting to see the abs form but they are like covered a thin fat layer Day 11: ✅ much easier than day 8 but hard still. Abs are more visible now! Guys let’s do it! Thank you for this. Week 2 for me and I love how it changes every week to more challenging routine. I’ve done other challenges that are the same workout for 30 days and results are ok but more boring to do everyday. This is the challenge for me. Look forward to doing more of your workouts 👍

Day 8 Done. Definitly a harder workout. I think i did well though.
Day 9 Done. Keeping the back on the floor was hard today. Not the perfect form but no rests needed.
Day 10 Done. Had to rest 3 days due to sickness and am now back on it

Thank you for this. Week 2 for me and I love how it changes every week to more challenging routine. I’ve done other challenges that are the same workout for 30 days and results are ok but more boring to do everyday. This is the challenge for me. Look forward to doing more of your workouts 👍
I'm doing all these workouts twice to be extra. Plus if I miss a day I do more. Im a swimmer and just have a bit of fat covering my 4 pack. So I'm hopeful that this will clear up them and form a full 6 pack. Writing on my first day! Also bookmarking next stages on here and on the other videos.
