      @@lechanceuxchanceux3758 well the results depend from body to body, and of course with nutrition (i denied that part a bit, so my abs could have been waaay better), but just try it and in a month you will totally see and feel the difference!

    Just remember that this workout is only taking up 9 minutes of your 1440 minutes in a day, that’s only 0.625% of your day!! (Less than 1%) YOU GOT THIS 💪🏽💪🏽

      You got this I was skinny but now I am half skinny just put in the effort first start with low effort workouts to burn of extra fat then start doing workout like this just some advice to help you Bro. If you feel like giving up just remember what progress you already made if you did that you can do more. Good luck and best wishes.

      I used to be Obese with a BMI of 33.7 (95 kg and 168 cm when i was 17), i workout for 2 years now and got my six pack showing nicely thanks to all these videos. The stretch marks are the victory marks! Keep up, you'll get there my friend ! :)

    day 10: I am really feeling it, I used to have a lot of anxiety about my body and obviously I don't have abs yet but I feel a lot better about my chest. This workout isn't only fixing me physically but also emotionally.

      @@SarasThakur-ge1zp No, a little bit after I did some research and it takes about 6 weeks to see REAL change not four. Just keep on that grind and you’ll get there.

    Hi All. The grandma here and I'm still doing this. Today was my first day on this segment #2 and I was able to keep up on this one, and at almost his pace (except with the side planks) up until the last 20 sec. I missed 3 days in a row due to medical reasons, but I'm still on it! Thanks for all the support from the 1st week and let's kick it! Have fun all and God bless.

    Can't believe I now have abs from ABS (A Big Stomach) ,within 10 months , I am following IGOR from 7 months and this is my 5th program of Igor's workout programmes

      @@ddkjames yes it's possible but you need to do diet first and do some exercise that burn fats like zumba or you walk for atleast 30 mins aday

    day 12: I feel like I'm being challenged more and more, and I feel good about it because I know it means I'm getting better. I'm not going to be some skinny unhealthy teenager anymore, this are changing physically and emotionally, and this workout isn't just helping, it's the whole reason why I feel so good.

    Day 3 complete (side twist a gut buster).
    Day 4 complete (eager for level 3)
    Day 5 complete (keep it going)

    Never realised how important it is to keep your lower back touching the floor until I started this. Huge difference, 10X harder.

      @@onta.nicolae try reaching forward with your arms, it helps you activate your abs and "arch" your upper back, so your lowet back is touching the floor.

    Week 2:
    Day 8: ✅
    superbly harder than the first one took 1 second pauses in between sets sometimes
    Day 9: ✅ much harder than original workout took less pauses
    Day 10: ✅ much easier took one pause during hip circles but that’s it! Still very hard. Starting to see the abs form but they are like covered a thin fat layer
    Day 11: ✅ much easier than day 8 but hard still. Abs are more visible now!
    Guys let’s do it!
    Day 12: ❌ cheat day! 😋
    Day 13: ✅ Abs are lil more visible and also workout is way way easier
    Day 14: ✅ same old routine I moved my log to the next video keep up there :)

    Week 1 Done
    Day 8 Done. Definitly a harder workout. I think i did well though.
    Day 9 Done. Keeping the back on the floor was hard today. Not the perfect form but no rests needed.
    Day 10 Done. Had to rest 3 days due to sickness and am now back on it
    Day 11 Done. Went well today
    Day 12 Done. Late night workout
    Day 13 Done. Lunchbreak workout. Today quite hard
    Day 14 Done. Off to the next workout!

    Thank you for this. Week 2 for me and I love how it changes every week to more challenging routine. I’ve done other challenges that are the same workout for 30 days and results are ok but more boring to do everyday. This is the challenge for me. Look forward to doing more of your workouts 👍

    I'm doing all these workouts twice to be extra. Plus if I miss a day I do more. Im a swimmer and just have a bit of fat covering my 4 pack. So I'm hopeful that this will clear up them and form a full 6 pack. Writing on my first day! Also bookmarking next stages on here and on the other videos.
