im a 13 year old boy who has dealt with body shame for almost 3 years.i gained weight when i was 10-11 and im honestly sick of it.i've been trying to get ripped but i just cant bring myself to do it because my lazy a$$ isnt willing to get the hell up.i cant even do a push up and my brother who is MUCH younger than me has a mild 4 pack .it doesnt sound like much but for a kiddo his age its mindboggling.the point is im trying to gain positivity to do this but it wont work.i've tried water fasting,exercise,sports but im just so lazy and it brings down my self esteem.i have no idea what to do right now and im stuck in the middle if nowhere.and to make things even better,the entire world is on lockdown. so i cant call a nutritionist,go to the gym or even socialise and gain advice.i need to stop gaining weight and get up. by now i dont even care anymore,anyone please any advice will do.ANYTHING. im seriously done with being the big kid and its time to change.and i know im not the only one who is fat because thats how life is.your never alone.if your going through something,chances are somone else is going through the same thing too.boys,we will get fit.we will become strong.we will.just believe it and dont give up.i believe in myself and i hope yall do too.stay safe guys and thx for reading.
@@ber2949 i know it can be hard sometimes but you’ll be really happy with results. I see that your doing this for the good reasons. Every time your thinking to quit just to why your doing this.. remember what’s your goal.. You need to have a good diet and workout each muscle at least 2 times a week in my opinion... to loose fat you need to burn Some calorie. Also, for the push, start on your knee or with an elevated surface, after go do the original push up. You can alway put some weight in your backpack with water bottle, etc. Sometimes the results are longer to see buth don’t loose focus and be discipline. Good luck in your journey hope this help 💪

I have 2 knee injuries that insanely hurts and a broken wrist but this video really inspired me to keep on going to achieve wat I want in life, and in the first week I had already seen amazing results. No pain no gajn.

I can see where the six pack is gonna be but they’re not fully defined 4/13/2021: Finished all workouts no cardio. Again no full six pack yet but I can see where they’re gonna be 4/14/2021: Finished all workouts no cardio One month later and I can see where the six pack is going to be but it’s not fully defined yet. I’m gonna try different workouts over the next while but this was a good workout to try.

Appreciate you brother for using your school bag, I used to work my biceps out using a basket with lots of stuff in it during the virus because I didn't have the basic weights and couldn't find any around.

Day 1: you can see my abs but not that much, today was easier but as the days go on it’ll get painful. I’ll report my progress on this comment for the 30 days. Day 2: I did this a little later but it was good, I’m reducing my calorie intake and I’ll keep updating yall Day 3: it was a little more challenging then the last 2 days but I got it done. My abs are starting to become more visible and I reduced calorie intake. You guys should start as well. Comment your progress on my comments with me🙏🏽
Igor can you make a workout program for skinng guys ? (Especially focuses on weak legs) As we don't have to lose fat, just have to gain muscle mass, get wider and stronger.

Just follow the program when it comes out. Dont do it everyday take 1-2 days of rest. So your muscles can recover
