@@fantastic_beast6809 i recommend you that when you have your breakfast after 1 hour eat something to get calories constantly and then have your lunch and before having evening breakfast again eat something then have your dinner this way you can get constant energy which will eventually heal your muscle fibres(which makes them grow in size) or if your busy then take heavy amount of food in morning and afternoon best of luck you can do it i believe in you😇

Jordan, I have been easing into some of your recommendation. They are somewhat difficult, but are achievable. I am in the process of changing my diet. I am deleting beer, potato chips, pop, pineapple upside down cake with home made whipping cream, little things like that. I watched your diet video and hung my head in shame. I'm not in too bad of shape and workout three days per week for eighty minutes. I have worked out off and on for fifty years. Sometime more off than on. I joined a local , gym two years ago, and have been working out regularly. I have integrated some of your concepts and feel as though I am improving. My two main areas of concern are my upper chest and stomach. I hope to see more improvement by my eighty-fifth birthday , this July. Thanks for all your mentoring and encouragement. Great education! I am already doing something similar, will try to improve my little workout at home for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on Next Level Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2750kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier...

You can get close to this in 1 year if you work hard bro, focus on doing pushups squats planks and side planks everyday and you will litterally see results within a month granted that you work hard enough, when working out always think of motivation like for example i tell myself 'i will thank myself in the future for this'

I can easily do a push up I felt like an easy feeling but my chest felt burning while my triceps are good to go, my chest is probably the reason why I couldn't do more than 40 reps of push up.

I can easily do a push up I felt like an easy feeling but my chest felt burning while my triceps are good to go, my chest is probably the reason why I couldn't do more than 40 reps of push up.
