@@johnnysake8052 Not only genetics...but lots of rest and sleap ,not to mention tons of quality food and almoast innevitable.. some supplements like protein concentrates,creatine etc..and even with those you need years and years of hard work.
U can get a body like his just with these exercises and no gym. Long as u putting ur body through hypertension and pushing ur limits u will build muscle =]

Hey Jordan, this is an amazing workout!! I am already doing something similar. Will add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created from Nextlevel Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

On a normal day I would have stopped on the first set (100 pushups). This workout showed me that workouts isn't just numbers but also about your willpower to keep it up. Thanks mate! P.s almost broke after the second set.
