Dude mine is the same case, I couldn't progress, cause I have weak shoulders and arms, would reach my limit very soon. So I started working increasing my arm and shoulder strength.

Allows me to concentrate more on my own business and provide strength, patience and reduced stress throughout the day. Exercise is also great for depression so get to it boys and girls !
I really like these exercises but the archer exercise is one I can't seem to master. I can't seem to lower my chest to the side while keeping my other arm fairly straight. The only way to do it is to spread my arms really far apart (42") but then I can hardly hold my self up to do the exercise.
I think this workout is a little too much for me at this moment, but a curious thing it's that, after watching the whole video, I want to try at least. Cool vid and nice workout. Keep It going 💪
