    I regularly doing push up, first time I watch this I relatively can do it in one go, just need to be more familiar with the archer push up.
    I'll try add more rep when I get use to it.

    Oh god, that took lot out of me, chest, shoulders and triceps are burning right now. ☺️ Great workout. Specially last one explosive negative pushups were ensane after all other types of pushups.

    Great vid as always mate, have now watched all your vids and started implementing 3 of them and alternating throughout the week . . .     I really like these exercises but the archer exercise is one I can't seem to master. I can't seem to lower my chest to the side while keeping my other arm fairly straight. The only way to do it is to spread my arms really far apart (42") but then I can hardly hold my self up to do the exercise.
