A great glutes workout for ladies and gents out there without any equipment required that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go. Please do comment bellow and let me know how you find this.

After doing this once per week, i no longer feel as easily exhausted than when i started! Finished my 5th today and got through the whole routine! My lower back and glutes feel awesome 🔥

Combine all his dumbbell workouts yourself!!
Each day target different set of muscles.
I would recommend a day's rest after every 6th day :)
seven days of workout is not that good unless you're an athlete. Combine his biceps+back workouts / shoulder + chest workouts / leg workout and seperate for 3 days. then rest , then do it again

Day 1: Completed all except the ones at 1:56 and 6:35. Unable to do these exercises 😏😔
Day 2: Did same exercises and skipped same 2 as unable to do 😔😔
Day 3: It's 23:32 and I just finished the exercises. Feeling good now as didn't miss it 😅
Day 4+5: Gave Break due to weekend :(
Day 6 & 7: Completed exercises.
This s the best workout for glutes so far.. thanks Rowan for the nice workouts
