If anyone here is actually wondering if this workout actually works, I’ve been doing it 2-4 times a week for almost a year now and my butt is DEFINITELY looking a lot nicer. I keep getting compliments on it all the time lmao. I also do yoga but other than this and a couple ab exercises I don’t really do much else. I do work on the fifth floor of an office and walk up and down the stairs every hour to get some exercise soooo that also helps lol. But I would say this definitely has my butt looking nicer once you stay consistent!

Great video Tom, I would just add that you mention to contract your abs after you do each bridge so you keep the lumbar spine from tightening to much. You were in fact doing that but it is worth mentioning a few times. Also your side stretches between reps is also well advised and emphasized because you are doing these exercises in quick succession. Great job.

Hi Tom I have been searching for just the right butt exercises I could do with out over straining myself. I am 58 years old although I do not look my age so I am told LOL! My body tells me differently LOL. I used to go to the gym 3 times a week some years ago but stopped to care for my parents. They have past on and now I am working on myself for better health. I have started using resistance bands and light weights. Do you have any videos for resistance bands and light weight workouts? Thanks for much btw LOVE the video and your instructions makes it so easy to follow!
I made a commitment to myself to do this work out every day for 30 days to see what would happen. No cheating no days off. I did each of the exercises for a minute. The results are in and it's done me a lot of good. Things are higher and tighter and the glute pain I had been having has cometely subsided. I'll continue to do the routine as it doesn't take a lot of time and it's doing something good. Thanks for the video.

I don't think there's any set limit on what you can and can't do. If you want to set up a schedule for yourself and follow it, go with that. It depends on your level of fitness and where you're comfortable pushing yourself to. Good luck!

Now I understand why in the 90s workout videos, the guys used bright colors and lycras. It is a lot easier to follow, the movements and postures and really get a sense of what is being worked on. The cool thing about this video is how comprenhensive it is.

Can i have some tips for that last stretch you did? I can't get it. I'm super flexible in my lower back and i can keep both my shoulders on the floor with my knee on the floor in the twist. How can i stretch this area? What am i doing wrong? Or shall i just give this one up? I can imagine it's a lovely feeling
