Just a casual question bro.How you got lowest two abs to appear. Can you recommend special exercise for that. I too have 8 pack abs but lowest two don't appar though they are there😭.
I started doing this routine everyday two months ago. I was overweight by atleast 15-20 pounds with lot of fat in the mid section. I started with doing this 6 min routine every morning. After 1.5 weeks, I started doing twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I struggled for initial 1 week. But since then progressively with every day each exercise has become easier. In around 7-8 weeks, I have lost around 15-18 pounds (combined with healthy eating) especially around by abdominal area. My upper abs are complete flat now. My lower abs have come a long way. Still some way to go before fully flat. My legs and thighs are much leaner and stronger now. I feel lot more fit and energetic. What he says at the end that doing it everyday for 21 days gets insane results is very true in my experience. Consistency is very important. I will continue this everyday twice. Thank you Rowan 🙏

Maybe you should mix it up? Doing the same exercises every day makes your body get used to it. Keep ab workout to twice a week and I'm sure you'll see as much progress in your abs but see progress in other parts of your body as well.

This is a great ab routine. I’ve been doing this routine for about 3 months now and the results are amazing. I may have sped up the results because I do this routine 2-3 times in a row with a 15-20 second break in between.

i had neck pain at first too but thats cuz when i started i wasnt even doing the exercises to the point where they'd work my abs too much and instead made my neck muscles work... after a while i was able to do them better and my abs now do most the work.. i think ur neck needs to be strong enough for some stuff like crunches .. i think ur neck needs to be strong enough to get u up so u can work ur abs :v(( im not a doctor nor a coach just sharing what i felt )

I workout in gym and lemme give a tip for newbies. These exercises in this video are perfect but don't do 1 set each. Do 4 set each so you'll find difference in a month. Best of luck
@@bye3568 But if you aren't doing weight lifting yet and you rely on these exercises than 4 set should be done, also doing it daily is not good, you muscle need rest. Do this twice or maximum thrice a week than you'll get results.
@Anonymous 4 set consecutively, and don't do that on daily bases give rest to your body for a day. Do these exercises twice or maximum thrice, not more than that per week. You'll get proper results than.
So im 16 days in. On a good day (which has happenned twice) I can smash thru it no breaks, but mostly I need a break at the butterfly legs. I think the first 4 are the hardest but if you can get thru those then your fine. So in terms of abs - they are peeking through. I have outline of a 4-pack relaxed and then a half decent 6-pack flexed. But the most exciting development is that I have a way more solid core when it comes to taking punches and kicks in Muay Thai. Was very surprised in my sparring bouts yesterday. Now I dont get KO'd by body shots to the liver when I miss a block! Very useful indeed! Really recommend this!

Hey there guys I have been doing it since a month and I noticed changes. In this month I can see abs but only a bit when I flex. Not normally. Trust me these would work but you would get results in about 3 to 4 months. Thank you and best of luck
Day 1 : Couldn't Follow it perfectly but finished the session anyway. Will try to follow it For 1 month. Let's see what happens. Day 2 : My whole belly area along with my neck was sore sore. Thought to skip today. But did it anyway. Forms aren't perfect still now. I'm hoping they will get better with time. [Skipped A Day] Day 3 : Felt too lazy. But somehow ended up finishing the work. The forms are getting easier to pick. No significant result till now except the flat look just after the session. Hope to finish that I started. [Skipped 2 days due to sickness. Caught a cold as played football in rain.] Day 4 : It was quite easy today. Didn't find it hard like before. It seems like doable now. Wish me luck . Day 5 : It gets easier every day. Basically the target is to stretch it as long as possible. So I cannot do it everyday. Primarily the strategy is to not miss 3 days in a row.] Day 8 : Did a double set today. 1st one was easier but mg 2nd set was a killer one. + 20 push ups + 20 jumping squat. Day 9 : Doing double sets from now on. + 40 push ups(20 x 2) + 40 jumping squat (20 x 2). Day 10 : 2 sets done today. 2nd one always kills me. Hope the pain leaves me some gain. +40 push ups(20 x 2) + 40 jumping squat (20 x 2). Day 11 : Continuing the double sets along with the additional exercises. Didn't mention before I also doing some biceps curls. Day 12 : Same as before 😊 Day 13 : Double set again with my additional exercises. [Skipping a day. Abs exercises should be done every day. But you also need to do Squats, which help more than any other exercise to burn Fat because the LYMPH(where fat is carried) is carried to the Liver where the Fat can be burnt off. Abs will never show 6-Pack unless you got 8% body Fat. Also Low Carb Diet & Intermittent Fasting helps.
I'm doing this exercise for 4 days now. I'm a 100 kg Fat person, and highly demotivated by the society around me, I'm also doing workout daily for 2 hours to keep my body in shape, also following a diet to lose weight. It's been 7 days since i started this. First day and second day my stomach was in little pain but since 4th day i can easily able to do this work out. So i changed all from 30 sec to 45 sec to 1 min little by little as for abs i already began to see it's pattern on my body on 5 days. Let's continue it and see after 1 month

been using his routines and mixing it up with his other videos. i started with a pouch belly and now i have full abs and obliques flexing, aiming to loose the extra weight and to get full no flex abs. the no rest works out well when u control ur breathing i think prolonging the time would help too. u know ur gaining when ur abs feel like they gonna rupture lol.
I stopped exercising a month ago and I watched this video and couldnt do it with the video and had to take pauses and completed it and then for the next 3 days the pain I have experience is of a whole new level,
just doing this for a week i feel like my stomach looks a little less prominent. these exercises definitely hurt like a mf but i think that's what's getting the work done

The exercises are good but it's really hard to keep an eye on the screen and follow. A break between exercises and the name of the exercises before it starts would be helpful. Also nothing indicates when you switch from left to right, so some audible cue would have been great.

I workout in gym and lemme give a tip for newbies. These exercises in this video are perfect but don't do 1 set each. Do 4 set each so you'll find difference in a month. Best of luck
If someone does weightlifts+ cardio+ this. Then 2 sets are more than enough
@@bye3568 But if you aren't doing weight lifting yet and you rely on these exercises than 4 set should be done, also doing it daily is not good, you muscle need rest. Do this twice or maximum thrice a week than you'll get results.

How did it go
I started from 4 April and now I have six pack abs thank youuuuu so much
So im 16 days in. On a good day (which has happenned twice) I can smash thru it no breaks, but mostly I need a break at the butterfly legs. I think the first 4 are the hardest but if you can get thru those then your fine.
So in terms of abs - they are peeking through. I have outline of a 4-pack relaxed and then a half decent 6-pack flexed.
But the most exciting development is that I have a way more solid core when it comes to taking punches and kicks in Muay Thai. Was very surprised in my sparring bouts yesterday. Now I dont get KO'd by body shots to the liver when I miss a block! Very useful indeed!

If you're gonna do a plank, do it 5 or 10 minutes. 1 minute is useless.

In this month I can see abs but only a bit when I flex. Not normally.
Trust me these would work but you would get results in about 3 to 4 months.

Day 1 : Couldn't Follow it perfectly but finished the session anyway. Will try to follow it For 1 month. Let's see what happens.
Day 2 : My whole belly area along with my neck was sore sore. Thought to skip today. But did it anyway. Forms aren't perfect still now. I'm hoping they will get better with time.

Day 3 : Felt too lazy. But somehow ended up finishing the work. The forms are getting easier to pick. No significant result till now except the flat look just after the session. Hope to finish that I started.
[Skipped 2 days due to sickness. Caught a cold as played football in rain.]
Day 4 : It was quite easy today. Didn't find it hard like before. It seems like doable now. Wish me luck .
Day 5 : It gets easier every day. Though I just did one set I guess multiple sets won't be that tough. Want to mention that I am doing some other exercises like push ups and squats for other parts of my bodies.
Day 6 : It felt harder than yesterday. Tiny results are visible now. My belly is getting flatter day by day but still got a long journey to complete.
[Skipped 2 days for no particular reason, just didn't feel like it. Should have been more committed]
Day 7 : Completed the whole task + 20 Push ups + 20 squats.
[Skipped 2 days again. Basically the target is to stretch it as long as possible. So I cannot do it everyday. Primarily the strategy is to not miss 3 days in a row.]
Day 8 : Did a double set today. 1st one was easier but mg 2nd set was a killer one. + 20 push ups + 20 jumping squat.
Day 9 : Doing double sets from now on. + 40 push ups(20 x 2) + 40 jumping squat (20 x 2).
Day 10 : 2 sets done today. 2nd one always kills me. Hope the pain leaves me some gain. +40 push ups(20 x 2) + 40 jumping squat (20 x 2).
Day 11 : Continuing the double sets along with the additional exercises. Didn't mention before I also doing some biceps curls.
Day 12 : Same as before 😊
Day 13 : Double set again with my additional exercises.

Abs exercises should be done every day. But you also need to do Squats, which help more than any other exercise to burn Fat because the LYMPH(where fat is carried) is carried to the Liver where the Fat can be burnt off. Abs will never show 6-Pack unless you got 8% body Fat. Also Low Carb Diet & Intermittent Fasting helps.

It's been 7 days since i started this. First day and second day my stomach was in little pain but since 4th day i can easily able to do this work out. So i changed all from 30 sec to 45 sec to 1 min little by little as for abs i already began to see it's pattern on my body on 5 days. Let's continue it and see after 1 month

been using his routines and mixing it up with his other videos. i started with a pouch belly and now i have full abs and obliques flexing, aiming to loose the extra weight and to get full no flex abs. the no rest works out well when u control ur breathing i think prolonging the time would help too. u know ur gaining when ur abs feel like they gonna rupture lol.

I stopped exercising a month ago and I watched this video and couldnt do it with the video and had to take pauses and completed it and then for the next 3 days the pain I have experience is of a whole new level,
just doing this for a week i feel like my stomach looks a little less prominent. these exercises definitely hurt like a mf but i think that's what's getting the work done

I’ve previously had a ripped stomache area so obviously it takes quicker for me to do this but I’m doing this 4 times a day and doing it twice each time and after only 2 days already starting to see some changes very well made thank you so much 🙏
The exercises are good but it's really hard to keep an eye on the screen and follow. A break between exercises and the name of the exercises before it starts would be helpful. Also nothing indicates when you switch from left to right, so some audible cue would have been great.
