#30Day #Pushup #Challenge
200 push ups a day for 30 days, is it something you should do, does it actually work? And for who, only for beginners? Will it do nothing, or will it get you a lot stronger and build you massive muscles?
Well my brother did this 4 years ago, yes results, he was a starter back then and didn’t really work out after that until last year where I challenged him to transform his body in 90 days, and he did, but now I want to challenge him to do this again and see what happens...
But, he is not the only one I am challenging. In this video you'll 3 guys with a ll a different level of experience do 200 pushups a day for 30 days. A beginner, an intermediate and a professional!

Hallo
I will definately try this challenge 👍
I just became a teen. I want to just be a bit stronger. So, I definitely will try this but maybe with less reps.

Hi
Y’all don’t realize that sten is doing strict and slow reps that’s why he didn’t go as fast. Mad respect 💪
Or maybe coz he’s weaker coz he has worked out less
Yeah he made sure to have perfect form and slow reps are hard he(sten) did great!
And tbh he could kill his gains my doing that much push ups everyday day
Yes he was using an amazing form all the time, the other 2 sometimes didn't really use a good form, mad respect.
@@feested3402 that is how you know that even though it will take a while he will have. Great gains!💪🏾👍🏾
Even if Sten wouldn't have made ANY progress, the fact that he actually did 200 push ups a day for 30 days is already INSANE
and if he didnt make any progress, he wasted at least 15 hours of his life doing them.

@@kacpers6975 ever heard about the concept of delayed gratification?
Absolutely! 🙌
It took me over a year to get to 100 pushups. And even trying 100 per day for 30 days i had to pause 4-5 days. 200 pushups per day as a beginner for 30 days is insanely good. respect Sten.
Going from 79,6 kg to 77,7 kg and gaining 1 lb, that's impressive. Enjoyed the video! I'm nowhere near a shape to be doing 200, but I'm going to try this as well and see how much I can do! Very inspiring

I feel like more progress could be made if there was a rest day between each day of push ups. Working like that when you’ve been constantly sore without break days can hinder some of the muscle building progress. This is definitely a show of perseverance more than anything to me. Absolute madlads deserved every dollar
@p I mean that too yeah but I was just talking about how the design of the workout itself can be hindering them from their fullest potential rather than what all they can do outside of the workout to get better.
He did something like that in a different video where he put 2 people to do a set amount of push-ups every day, except one of them does it every day and the other every other day
@@alphagroudon2 which came out on top
@@Ethyro I’m pretty sure the one who did the push-ups every day had a better increase in reps, but the one who did the push-ups every other day gained more muscle. Don’t remember fully, but you should watch the full video
@@alphagroudon2 You remember correctly. The human body can adapt very well to strenuous exercise, and these experiments show it.At first their bodies struggle with the insane amount of volumen and the short time to recovery, but after a couple of days they started to see great progress because they made their muscles learn to recover quicker
I turned 60 on my last birthday and it has been a rough year (make that 3 years!) I have been exhausted and have had a lot of responsibility in my family and at my job. I gained too much weight and was feeling pretty low. Mr. Browney you = fantastic coach!! All of you guys are inspiring me to to find some kind of program I can do on my own. Thank you!!
My advice is sunlight water fresh air lots of water
You’re inspiring yourself! It’s so nice to read this
it actually makes sence that the higher of level you are the faster you evolve your reps because after a while you become too strong for this exsirse and train purely for endurance the beginer has to actually train for as well

Hey guys, you are very inspirational, ALL of you! Sten, with your height and long arms, it is amazing how much muscle gain and definition you are achieving. Awesome job Sten you really put in all the effort and tried your hardest! Hope you felt proud!
Honestly, tall skinny guy got my respect, u could tell he was lacking behind a bit more than the others and still persevered, he’s a legend for that
Yea skinny guy was pushin’ his limits mad respect.

@@dylan6996 Tall guys with long arms have the hardest time with push ups.
@@dylan6996 Was gonna say, his form was spot on. Good plank, elbows in, deep dip... pretty perfect.
And his pushups were a lot better than the others. Especially cleaner than those of the last guy. I don't want to hurt anybodys feelings but most of the last man pushups were half made. That is way easier to do a lot of pushups when you only do half the movement.
The skinny dude could've done 70 but chose to stop at 69. Truly a man of culture!

I super good at push ups but pull ups are kryptonite.
If you are considering doing this challenge yourself I would recommend doing 25 pushups every hour for 8 hours a day to make 200 every day.
Spacing them out over the day makes the challenge far less grueling and your shoulders will thank you,
however, you'll still see impressive gains!
I began doing 20 pushups an hour a couple months ago and now I do 30 every hour with ease.
I thought it must be done in a row) I'm doing 10x20 and just gaining more strength and ease..

Great work to Stan, amazing effort. Most people in his situation would’ve quit on the 5th day, he went and did 30!
Great video. Nice full arm extension by all the lads. I'm 70 (6'4" 224 lbs) and started doing pushups on Dec 5, 2022. 5 weeks later I am now at 32 reps (PR) for standard pushups. My routine is 30 + 25 reps standard pushups; 20 + 18 reps decline pushups; 15 reps standard pushups with red resistance band (15-35 lbs resistance). That last set is a killa fellas. For me three times a week is enough (for now) and gives my muscles time to recover. I love pushups. My goal is 50 standard reps. Can already see some toning and muscle development in just five weeks. Wish me luck lads!
Well done 👏 Keep it going!
nice!! good luck!!!
Nice going..! Keep it❤❤
I think the reason sten did not get as much improvement was that he over trained and his body didn't get to recover
Yup it was forced, he needed progressive overload

Yeah, the socalled "beginner" was the only who did REAL push-ups - the "Pro" was worst.
The beginner was close to military style pushups (elbows scrap sides) Those are a shit ton harder.
@Umar Waheed it doesnt have to look much different for a really big effect just the slightest tilt can relieve stress on the chest and distribute it somewhere else
@@Kodykenway Yeah for narrow pushups like that, they should have taken tricep measurements too. I bet his look way better after those 30 days.
This channel is inspiring. I hate you guys for this but now I want to get in shape. Thanks for the inspiration
You have inspired me. I'm doing as many knee push-ups, crunches, and squats as I can every morning. I have a lot to lose, so I can't do a lot. Yet.
You'll lose more fat and gain more muscle if you do different types of pushups and ab workouts instead of working a single Excercise.
There's 30 ab motions and 20 pushup hand variations that lead to the perfect body. The good thing about doing different variations is that it takes less energy out of the muscle and shapes the muscle faster
The beginner is actually the pro as he's performing them properly
I know, right?
I mean a dude who can do 36 push ups isn't a beginner anyways, but it makes the thumbnail better so its fair enough
from them 3 he is the beginner
I agree 100%.

Amazing transformation bro
ruclips.net/video/eh9Gqtg8yYg/видео.html
I do a variation of 5 different push ups. I do 3 sets of 10 of the Square, Rectangle, Eagle, Kong and Diamond push ups, then 3 sets of 7 then 3 sets of 5 and finally 3 sets of 3. Im practically dead by the final set. I lost 52 pounds of weight and kinda had a skinny fat look after my weight loss (mainly cardio and fasting to lose weight). I followed this push up plan 4 days a week and between the creatine and muscle building have jumped from 179 pounds to 196 pounds and honestly never looked so ripped before. Took me 6 months to pull this off. Did a full fitness check at my drs they figured I’m sitting around 18% 20% body fat I’m looking good and feeling even better. A year and a half ago I was 230 plus pounds and over 30% body fat with a clear beer belly hanging off of me. It’s all about sticking it out and constantly being the best version of yourself. Love videos like these.
Your brother is the reason I go to the gym now because of his transformation
Stan did much harder push ups then them, he actually touch the floor with his chest
I would argue that the explosive pushups are more taxing, but I'm not really sure

17 to 65 and then do 500 a day plus cadet training
Man that’s the results I want. What’s your routine?!?! Please reply.
A very good experiment showing if you want bigger muscle you should increase weight instead of reps. There are minimal change to their body shape despite so much effort being put in
I have the theory that they would have achieved much better results if, instead of doing 200 push-ups every day, they did instead 200 push-ups every 2 days.
Proper rest is one of the three pilars of progress after all, alongside nutrition and, of course, exercising.
Exactly.
Over-exertion can even be damaging.
Giving the body time to rest is actually the time when the damaged muscle fibers grow..
They're kids, what would you expect?
Go on a test cycle and no need for recuperation.
depends cuz some people can do 400 a day everyday then work their way up to 3,600 a day no rest days. Then it becomes more about holding a push up position and elongating the motion
Also, those results would have been even better had they done a hundred slower push ups, focusing on proper form, in stead of hopping up and down like easter bunnies on speed.
Sten was committed to this challenge, I respect him, I can't even do 100 in a day, sten it's the man!
imagine Sten keep doing this challenge for one year.
Yes you can
Everyone can do 100 a day.. ot just takes longer for some.. its about saving them too. Do as a many as you can.. then an hour later do it again repeat.. 100 is easy to get done in a day tbh
I feel inspired by sten, so I'm doing the challenge too, just instead of 200 every day I'll do 100, and rest one day between, I'm a girl but always l like to be in shape, I'll try to update, so far I can do 20 in a row and took me 26 minutes to do 100
@@gabrielamadriz342 and then you’ll be going to gym everyday in no time
Stan was so dedicated to this 200 push-ups a day is crazy great job
Respect for the new guy, he did his best
It keeps getting harder for them because they aren't letting their bodies recover. The progress would have been a lot better if they included rest days.
exactly!
How frequently should they rest?
@@poopsickle2411 for something low intensity like this maybe one day on, one day off. Then when doing the 200 becomes easy they probly could manage 200 every day
Nah the bodies adapt if they don't break. The point is to get it used to stress. Maybe have another group do the rest days and look at the difference
That's true
They getting dollars 😂
Fuck Yeah
surprised to see you here
Yo b-art how are you doing
This feels odd to see you drop a comment here haha
Yea wtf is B-Art doing here lmao😂

I genuinely like how encouraging everyone is to push just. one. more.
Stan kicked ass, it´s hard because the people around him have been at it longer but he did the challenge and made progress, and idk how many of us could do that
