    1.reverse curls, thumb on top. 4 Sets, 10 to 15 reps
    2. Reverse wrist curls on table
    3. Wrist curls on the table
    4. Bar hanging / Towel Hanging

      What does sets mean?

      @@idkagoodname042 a bunch of reps you do continuously until rest is a set, for example: "5 reps at once for a set" or "20 reps per set"
      (In case you even asking or have some trouble in English, rep means repetitions, is a repeat of some actions)

    Pure Gold ⭐. Forearms are the most neglected part of the body. Many people seem to feel that it's enough for their arms to be able to push things away, so they never do any exercises to strengthen the muscles of the forearm. In fact, forearm exercises are very important, because your forearm muscles help you keep your balance when you're standing or walking. 🙏

    I've wanted to train them for a while now
    I have a couple of ideas that I really hope you can do:since you did a video on forearms, maybe you can do a video on calves.
    And also how about another warm-up video. I've been doing your warmup video for so long, I feel like it's not warming me up anymore
    Just wanted to tell you that.but i also wanted to thank you so much for the effort you've put in the videos to make them short but VERY effective. My body is much better with your exercises
    I hope you can do these videos. And thanks again man!

    Hey Igor, it would be great if you can release a do-along version of this workout and give a replacement for the 4th exercise as I guess, many if us may not have bars at home 😅....Keep up the good work.

      Hold with your hands on the door if you dont have a pull up bar.(Make sure to not break it though :D )

    0:47 the thing you said about the bone thickness in the forearm.
    You can have thick bone and big forearm but that doesn't mean that it's muscle. It is the bone and the fat. Someone who has a 'forearm'/'wrist' 3 times bigger than someone else can have at the same time less muscle too.
    So remember guys, size does not equal muscle.

    Hi everyone.. I will not lie about anything its about me... I am 25.. I love pullups but was not able to do a single 1.. Its been a month now i can do 4 pullups.. Try these exercise.. It is effective for forearms and grip strength.. I didnt have any plan i just did from mon- sat... Try it

    I recommend Captains of Crush grippers for working the inner forearm. Started on the trainer level gripper, now upgraded to the #1. Great results.

    day 1.honestly i didn't think it was that bad✅
    day2.i'm sore and it was a pain to do again✅
    day3.did it but it took way longer then what i wanted✅

    day 6. feels a lot betterrr✅
    day 7.i'm getting used to the pain not to much difference ✅
    day 8. it's way easier now✅

    Im training my forearms so I can do pull ups once Im able to do those It would be easier to build all major upper body muscles

    My forearms right now are the only thing that is thin. As you demonstrated I too have a thin wrist bone however due to bicep workouts the lower part of my forearm is bigger but the upper part isn't (don't remember what each forearm muscle is called)
    My question is, is this for both muscles on the forearm?
