Someone who has a 'forearm'/'wrist' 3 times bigger than someone else can have at the same time less muscle too. So remember guys, size does not equal muscle.

i'm doing this to try to grow my forearms ✅ day 1.honestly i didn't think it was that bad✅ day2.i'm sore and it was a pain to do again✅ day3.did it but it took way longer then what i wanted✅ day 4.❌ day 5.❌ day 6. feels a lot betterrr✅ day 7.i'm getting used to the pain not to much difference ✅ day 8. it's way easier now✅ day 9. ✅ day 10.✅ day 11. i can see a little difference!! i think my wrists are getting thicker and my forearms!!✅

My forearms right now are the only thing that is thin. As you demonstrated I too have a thin wrist bone however due to bicep workouts the lower part of my forearm is bigger but the upper part isn't (don't remember what each forearm muscle is called) My question is, is this for both muscles on the forearm?
