@@Topboy32 stretching before is actually dangerous and leaves you more prone to injury based off of many studies. After or in The morning at least an hour before workout would be most optimal.
Stretching is so important. Every morning I get up and stretch and do a hit session and it changes my day! It makes you work harder and keep a clear mind. The eye candy isn’t half bad either!

As a person who suffers from joint damage, sciatic nerve issues, and a past torn apart shoulder from my years in the service... This is absolutely wonderful. I use this getting up or of bed on non-workout days, and after my workouts. It's amazing how it does the whole body almost in such a good manner. Definitely followed, and enjoy your other videos as well. Keep up the good work y'all!

This is a very good video ,it seems as though the fit instructor is present. And it is designed like a very nice commercial in the morning. These stretching exercises are very good. While doing them I was able to feel my joints and muscles opening up. The 1st exercise really cracked all of the joints in my backbone. Lol 😄😁

that was dope, is it just me or did those stretches feel shorter than 30s? i’m not complaining i’m just concerned i’m not doing things right
I was counting in my head and it seemed off for sure
They are. Seems cut to make it less than 10 minutes (my theory), and almost all of the first parts are 20 seconds and the 2nd parts are like 25
Definitely shorter, I started watching at .75 speed. Makes the stretches last longer, does make the voice sound a bit off but music is still smooth
