    I would love to see a video about ligament/articulation problems. I can not train at all left hand biceps because of the pain from articulation when I use biceps. I have this since almost one year and it never stops...

    My arms are so weak! 😢 Ive been focusing on my legs rather than arms so now Im going to include this. Its hard with a baby around but will make it work.

    My short head biceps are way bigger than the long head I just don’t get way but I’ve been focusing on the long head more now

    I love Spider curls...it's my favorite exercise. I mostly do different variations of preacher and spider curls...my arms blew up fairly quickly and I have trash genetics.

    Reclined hammer cable curls with a rope is the best exersize for the brachialis period. Reverse curls don't even come close to the weight you can place on the brachialis compared to a reclined cable hammer rope curl. Not only that but you can control the hell out of the eccentric fighting the want for the arms to straighten back out, and really explode on the concentric. I've had many nights where my forearms seize up if my elbows are slightly bent after doing these for intensity post my work outs. Does it feel good? It's annoying, but the work that gets placed on them is unmatched.

    When executing the curl with Z-barbell, is there any difference between an open than a close grip? Do you target the short or long head? I will appreciate your comments. Blessings.

    So I performed CTFs lying dumbbell extensions from 5 pound all the way up to 50 pounds, 20 reps to failure, super setting the entire exercise. From 5 to 50, then 50 down to 5. My arms burned for a week

    Why do these so called experts claim you can isolate the long or short head bicep ?? Impossible the are attached at the same point to a single tendon that pulls in one direction . They work completely together or not at all .

    Unfortunately, as wonderful as it was. Biology would laugh at you. All the muscles in the tricep, hey're all activated, the only reason to do different exercises is to keep an equal proportion in growth.
