Seated DB curl 4x 8-12
Seated DB overhead extension 4x 10-12
Single arm cable curl 4x 12-15 each arm
Single arm cable pushdown 4x 12-15 each arm
DB hammer curl superset with overhead cable extension 3x 10-12 (last set dropset to failure)

I trained my biceps last week it’s getting pumped I have bigger arms
Richard is the only guy that finds empty gym on world chest day
That's because it's his home gym
I know most are here talking about whether he is natty or not... Do not worry about that his workouts are legit
Main thing is to set your own goals and be realistic. You are not going to be Richard Duchon. My man first off gets paid to workout and lives in the gym. Again be realistic and set realistic goals.
Remember even if you are not natural and juice the hell out you still need to work stupid hard to try and even get close to the shape he is in. So why hate, either learn and appreciate or do not watch.
I don’t hate if a guys juiced up. However, watching a guy that is not a natural bodybuilder brings me to the realization that I won’t get the same results

I did this sport in previous years,
I had to stop due to my neck and back pain. The support I expect from you is that I want to practice the exercises you do exactly, but unfortunately I cannot do them while standing.
In which positions can I do it without damaging my waist and neck?

If its cool pls make a video on how you trained your shoulders and got them to grow so well, might be my genetics but i train my shoulders hard asf and they dont grow properly
