Father of all tips: Be consistent, Focus on diet, Leave bad lifestyle
I am also following this for my back workout at the gym today.
Great video, also highlighting each muscle group during the exercise is very helpful, thanks
The diet isn't the hardest part the hardest part is finding the right exercise sometimes and most of all your form feeling the musle your hitting
Nothing can be better than this
Actually many people thinking that they are workin back.. But back is really hard to workout and feel it for real. For example they are working arms instead back..
Keep sharing such innovative movements. It is really helpful. Thanks👍👍

the best muscles to train , love the back day ❤❤❤
Naaaa....leg day is where it's at👌
Great channel and explanations of the exercises. What do you recommend to add mass to the posterior or rear deltoids?
Hey I saw this comment and had some recommendations. I recommend doing exercises like cable crossovers and incline bench posterior delt flys in a way that lines the exercise's path of motion with the rear delt's muscle fiber orientation. For rear delts, you don't need a whole lot of volume and I personally like to do something like 20% of the total volume at a heavy weight (6-8 reps), %60 of the total volume moderate weight (8-15 reps), and 20% of the total volume light weight high reps (15+ reps). Focus and building a strong mind muscle connection and isolating the rear delt, it's a smaller muscle and its common that other muscles will want to take over to assist in the movement which is why building the mind muscle connection is important for isolating the rear delts.
Perfect video thank you!
This is a Great channel Keep doing this Great job
Thank you so much!
Adding mass is not all about going heavy. Intensity, proper form, diet, rest periods and training close to or beyond failure are all part of gaining mass.

Some people say close grip for lat, wide grip for middle back, some say it the other way around... I honestly don't know what to believe anymore
A healthy lifestyle is something you refine over time - not overnight
#MASTEROBI GREAT VIDEO #RESPECTOBI
Think imma start from 10 to 6 when I get to the gym, do 3sets each (10-12 reps) then on another back day do 5to1 with not too heavy weight but try to get a good form going then build from there 🤷🏾♂️

It’s a common misconception that seated cable pull-down is the best alternative for a pull-up, it’s actually a kneeling cable pull-down that is most effective
Nice 👍
Just a little tip guys for the single arm dumbbell row try it without putting your knee on the bench and see if that works for you

Is Reverse pec dec good?
Veri nice
Even though these are great exercises for your back there are other exercises for your back that can work multiple muscle groups of the back. Like a plank, or a bird dog, or the superman and many more, see ppl tend to underestimate different varietes but there just as effective, you can even do them with weights like dome household item or some dumbells.
You think a plank is as effective as T-Bar and bent over row?
I never listen to anyone anymore as everyone body reacts different. I believe u have to find what is best for you through time.
But you're here watching the video bro
Shall i do them all in one day ? Or do one exercise of each back part ?
Cool
