I haven’t found a better vedio on abs exercise! And so many different ways in working on our abs! This was the best I’ve seen! I actually tried doing them while you had these great trainers doing them! Thank you all of you for showing us! I really appreciate them! I never seen or had abs! I’ve always wanted to see ow have abs.!

It’s true, we talked to our experts about Ab Wheel Roll Out - it’s a good exercise is done correctly. But it’s difficult to get right. So it didn’t make our ‘Top 10’ list. There’s an alternative version, with a Swiss Ball, shown in Section 8.
N most importantly...PSA HERE...big macs n fries cancel out any exercise...balance that diet first!!!!! They go hand in hand. Good diet good exercise equals geeat results....

What if you have spinal stenosis/sciatica/herniated discs?? I have one of those with sciatica issues nd most of these make me wanna cry😑 i dont but dang it hurts 😂 i need a good non floor regiment. Wish i didnt get that work injury so much right now. It's created inhibitions. Im scared to try anythin nd i want my health nd fitness better
In my opinion you are wrong about the packs alignment... It usually due to stress or body imbalance... Stretching your torso helps keep them properly aligned

LONG TIME AGO I HEARD IT CAN NOT BE 100% FIXED, BUT I THINK IT CAN BE IMPROVED. IT IS GOING TO TAKE RESEARCHING. I BELIEVE THERE IS A STUDY AND SPECIALIZED DOCTOR(S) THAT CAN HELP. LOOKS LIKE A IMBALANCED FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT DUE TO MISALIGNMENT WHEN WE FIRST STARTED CONTRACTING MORE ONE SIDE OF THE BODY THAN THE OTHER IN OUR EARLY YEARS CARRYING , TURNING OR USING ONE ARM, LEG OR SIDE MUCH MORE THAN THE OTHER.
