I make workout for my legs every day except sundays, two or three muscle groups for day incluiding legs

And also hip thrust is missed. Good compound movement for hip strength

Pretty silly opinions throughout the video. All these exercises are awesome. Pick whatever fits your body and won't cause an injury.
Do not use Smith machines for squats. A straight line is not a natural path for the movement

@@Undead_op I guess I didn't say that clear enough. BARBELL.. BACK...SQUATS ARE... NOT...NECESSARY...TO... BUILD MUSCLE IN YOUR QUADS.
They actually put unnecessary strain on your lower back.
You don't have to take my word for it. I've only ran track for Texas A&M and have been a CPT for 10yrs.

In order to grow your quads, it's not essential to perform barbell back squats.
There's several different exercises and machines that will put mass on your quads.
