So I want to comment on the great choice of athletes. Nothing better than mixing styles. Also I loved all 3’s personalities. The lady with the hat was quiet till she got under some damn good weight on squat rack and her joy pierced the veil.
On the workout I can’t wait to try this myself in my home gym. Thank you!!!

Great now a bunch of people are going to do toes elevated RDLs even though it does nothing beneficial for muscle activation. All it does is provide a stretch sensation because of nerves. But yes keep programming it. If anything it lessens the effect of the movement because you can’t drive through the floor with as much force when the toes are elevated
Dry scooping is dumb but what is worse is dry scooping when there's a table filled with SHAKERS, supps & water so you wouldn't have to dry scoop.
Well for some folks it makes them feel like a bad ass and a bit show off like. I did it for those same reasons. She was not pushing others so no harm.

Dry scooping is way easier. Preworkout doesn’t taste that good and dry scooping there’s no way you feel bloated. I mean either way is fine but dry scooping is way less dramatic than people act like lol
You DON'T get overdeveloped legs NATURALLY by doing ONLY ONE exercise - here, it was the back barbel squat- with heavy weight and the next few exercises with light weight. They hardly used any weight OVERALL. There's not enough volume in this routine. Also, I thought they were gonna do SINGLE LEG Romanian deadlifts... With quads/hams like those, a 70 lb. single leg Romanian dead lift would be an absolute walk in the park AFTER heavy back barbel squats.
I'm assuming they're taking growth hormones or steroids. To each his own, but isn't it MUCH MORE EMPOWERING to have powerful and well-developed quads WITHOUT taking substances? It's also HEALTHIER.
I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say this is a very small sample to judge what they are or are not doing. My legs are literally jacked all the time - if you want proof I can send pictures. For some reason I was blessed with insane leg genetics (The rest of me sucks but hey legs) I do not take PED's and really only hit legs with medium volume once a week....... What you are accusing them of is silly without knowing their routines - and I am not white knighting, you could be right...but again without a larger sample size and or knowing them, tossing out accusations is silly and really a shitty practice TBH.
@@vanniek71 Were they doing 225-235 lb. back barbel squats?? I've done that weight too and I DIDN'T have quads like them! I was a vaulting specialist on a competitive gymnastics team who was offered a full-ride scholarship to STAY on the team. I SHOULD have 'insane leg genetics' - according to you. I was also a NATURAL female bodybuilder for over 15 years. The only thing that FORCED me to give up my advanced regimen were the super strict lockdowns in my area.
Edit: I had forgotten to add that I had a well-developed, sculpted, lean and well-defined bodybuilding physique at only 115 lb.

Lbs on you. All I’m saying is without seeing the rest of their workout program lets pump the brakes on the PED claims. Again maybe they are enhanced, maybe not, regardless it still takes a lot of work to have a figure like that!
@@vanniek71 Child vaulting specialists on competitive gymnastics teams are always fast-twitch muscle fiber type 2 - meaning the MOST explosive and powerful. These females should grow up having the advantage in powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, 100 m sprinting, etc. But the truth is, if they're bulky then they're NOT NATURAL. Visible and powerful muscle is jacked, but compact, on a natural woman who lifts weights.
I'm just curious as to why NO ONE talks about the gym lockdowns. The news mentions the horror the kids went through because of the school closings. They've even mentioned the barbershop and church closings, which is insignificant compared to medical offices and gym lockdowns/permanent closings. The gyms are health facilities. Barbershops, churches, bars/liquor stores and retail outlets aren't health facilities.
@@elisabeth4342 Your path of conversation has gone waaaay off the original topic, and you appear to be the utmost expert on everything that has to do with weight training and physiques, so I’m not going to waste anymore time responding to you. You obviously aren’t willing to consider anything else but your own ideas.
Back to my original point, you don’t know these ladies and have seen 1 workout, don’t be so quick to judge and raise accusations based on that.

Wish I watched this yesterday b4 my leg day! Im going to try this on Sunday. (Minus standing leg curl as I don't have a machine in my garage gym) ill do more toe elevated sldl I guess, lol) great team of strong women right here!💪🦵
