For me in the bench, having a spotter I 100% trusted added 20 pounds to my bench. I would also jam Slipknot surfacing or Mudvayne Dig just before a big lift. It added strength to my lifts. For the bench have you incorporated triples?
I do love how you bench raw, there are so many different ways to artificially increase your bench numbers. I don't consider any of that shit legitimate lifts.
I would suggest sitting back deeper in your squat as if you are sitting down into a chair. If you notice how your knees cross over your toes, that puts massive pressure on your patella tendon. Before you start thinking who is this roody poo, I learned to squat under Captain Kirk Karwoski and Junior Faamausili, both guys were ELITE squatters.
