In the competitive overly stimulated world we all live in it makes sense this would represent what stretching looks like Now. There is another level of potential in the time and effort here also which is to explore these positions and to then allow the time for the body to respond. I’d offer that this is more a sculpting practice than stretching for health fitness or vitality. Nice effort on the video.

@@FitMediaChannel .my apologies for stupid question, but watching stretching hips...legs .at say. ..9 minutes reminded me that what I can achieve stretching (with)right leg.. can't be done with my left.

Thanks for the post I been doing Yoga Asanas since young as 5 thanks to my grandpa who is strong as a horse for his age.Yoga Asanas helped me to maintain my six packs cuz I couldn't hit the gym as usual due to the global pandemic. So this is my first time getting into yoga and I could not keep up especially in the beginning my squats don’t even go that low but challenge is accepted will see the progress in 1 month
