    This is nothing but Yoga sukshma abhyas means subtle exercises in Yogic system. Yoga is observation done for many thousand years and fixed these body postures called Yoga Asanas....Now in US they call it Power Yoga...Old knowledge is Gold. ...This presentation is good, impactful. Thank you.

    In the competitive overly stimulated world we all live in it makes sense this would represent what stretching looks like Now. There is another level of potential in the time and effort here also which is to explore these positions and to then allow the time for the body to respond. I’d offer that this is more a sculpting practice than stretching for health fitness or vitality. Nice effort on the video.

    Yoga at its best.. unlike exercise yoga is not an fitness routine and this video shows the best way to do yoga, calm and soothing and yet refreshing and stretching entire body!

      @@FitMediaChannel .my apologies for stupid question, but watching stretching hips...legs .at say. ..9 minutes reminded me that what I can achieve stretching (with)right leg.. can't be done with my left.
      Why.?

    Wow... this was excellent way to get the body started. I was able to keep up 85% and I will continue working on it to get it to 100%. The model does a great job and very easy to follow. Thanks so much for this video. I would like to know if there are any others like this. Thanks again

    Thanks for the post I been doing Yoga Asanas since young as 5 thanks to my grandpa who is strong as a horse for his age.Yoga Asanas helped me to maintain my six packs cuz I couldn't hit the gym as usual due to the global pandemic.     I keep doing some of those stretching exercises,just cannot do well or avoid a few ,due I suffer of arthritis in my lower back and osteoarthritis in my knees. Am early 40's. Greetings and be safe amigo. 😊 Gracias for sharing such a great routine-video!! Gracias. 🙋🏾‍♂️

    WHY IS HE SMILING AT THE HARDEST PART? That pushing the knee away from you was one of the most difficult movements I've ever attempted. Tried but attempted soon to be completed!
