I have been doing Abs exercises for months now. I thought your version was so easy until I tried them. I could not believe it when sweat was all over me after barely 2 minutes! This is the only exercise that caused sickness in my body. I have recovered and now resumed to your exercises again. I have seen nice results already. Thank you buddy!

Jack Andrew well protein is necessary for muscle growth and hormone development, so you should be eating a lot of protein regardless of working out or the type of workouts

I want to do one version of each of the ab exercises (lower, middle, and upper). How should I do these? Should I do them one after another with a couple minutes break in between? Should I spread them out during the day? I workout my core muscles along with my legs once a week so if I want to do these at home ab workouts, how would I implement them into my routine?

it could possibly be that your core isn't strong enough to stabilize putting excess stress on your back or you may just be too tight or your overall form may be the general cause

Tried this for a month I have my abs now but the lower ones are still kinda not there but They will be Eventually
I do this every Monday Wednesday Friday and I also do his other lower ab work out Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday and I do the upper work out Sundays Fridays and Tuesdays sometimes I mix match them
Should I do all the upper middle and lower abs exercises together back to back? By the way thanks a lot for the videos , they are truly amazing
The way we like to do abs is daily by separating them by the grouping so for example monday upper, tuesday lower, etc!

it more than likely means your neck wasn't stabilized enough so you were moving your head around too much!
Man, after doing ab training my stomach is better, but if i eat some regular food, my stomach is back..
keep up a proper diet, doing your cardio, and these ab routines and you will keep seeing improvements!

Gotta squeeze the abs hard in order to make sure that your back does not arch!! We need to stay in a flexed spine position by keeping them tight!

can't guarantee anything but if you decrease overall body fat and consistently do our ab routines you should definitely be seeing a significant difference in your abs!
