    feels like the middle Ab workout is tougher than the upper and lower 1s...feel so weak doin this 😅😅😅

      Anabolic Aliens Oh thanks a lot. In fact I just finished your 5 minutes Chest Workout (I did it twice, resting three minutes) and the middle abs. It feels awesome.
      I just subscribed, and I spect you to do arms Workouts (biceps, triceps and forearms).
      Thanks a lot, I don't have enough money to pay a Gym, and as I said my PC it's gone. I feel this fix everything.

    Again, the workouts are absolutely and undeniably great. Personally, I think that even if the resting time between workouts is not as short as prescribed, the results are very much obvious. There is no better way to embellish the whole core. A million thanks.

    I have been doing Abs exercises for months now. I thought your version was so easy until I tried them. I could not believe it when sweat was all over me after barely 2 minutes! This is the only exercise that caused sickness in my body. I have recovered and now resumed to your exercises again. I have seen nice results already. Thank you buddy!

      Anabolic Aliens if I'm just beginning to work out and start doing ten minutes of lower abdomen and ten minutes of middle and switching each day is there any specific food I should eat right after doing these workouts? I've heard protein but I am not sure

      Jack Andrew well protein is necessary for muscle growth and hormone development, so you should be eating a lot of protein regardless of working out or the type of workouts

    I want to do one version of each of the ab exercises (lower, middle, and upper). How should I do these? Should I do them one after another with a couple minutes break in between?     Tried this for a month I have my abs now but the lower ones are still kinda not there but They will be Eventually
    I do this every Monday Wednesday Friday and I also do his other lower ab work out Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday and I do the upper work out Sundays Fridays and Tuesdays sometimes I mix match them

      The way we like to do abs is daily by separating them by the grouping so for example monday upper, tuesday lower, etc!

      Gotta squeeze the abs hard in order to make sure that your back does not arch!! We need to stay in a flexed spine position by keeping them tight!
