    im 19 with chronic back/neck/shoulder pain due to minor scoliosis as well as pursuing a creative career which involves lots of hunching over draft papers i was really beginning to believe i would simply live out the majority of my life constantly in pain. i’ve been doing yin daily (this video is one of the favorites i come back to a lot) and have been THANKFULLY proven wrong. my pain has decreased SO much- thank you thank you for providing these free lessons you’re literally changing lives!!!

    While I find Yin challenging, keeping still and trying to relax into the poses, it is becoming my favourite practice.

    I came back, two days later, to say how crazy (in a good way) this yin class impacted my back. It feels like some muscles where worked on that held tension for a long time and now I am feeling a subtle effect of opening through my entire body! Hurray 🎉 Thank you Kasandra 😊❤

    This was wonderful. I usually have lower back/sciatica pains. But today I woke up with upper back pain. I have scoliosis so I know the reasons. This yin practice was just right this morning. Thank you Kassandra

    The timing of this release was absolutely perfect! I’ve been craving a slow practice today with the focus on releasing tension from my upper body after an intense cleaning session 😅.     Probably my favourite video from you ever, and that is really saying something, since I love your videos. This was an absolutely amazing and so much needed shoulder stretch after 2 days journey traveling. I feel immensely better! And the music was absolutely amazing too! Beautiful and zen, I would just listen to it by itself! Thanks so much for this very yummy stretch.

    This one is the best. Since menopause a lot of stiffness left side upper back and shoulder , with accompanying nerve pain, all stress related apparently....this practice releases it completely. Feeling so relaxed and loose in the upper back now. Thank you Kassandra 🙏

    This class arrived with such good timing! I started a new job today and have been stressed and anxious. Plus, yesterday I did an upper body session at the gym and I forgot to stretch afterwards. So I really, really needed this.❤

    Thank you for this practice, I really enjoyed it. Everytime I am practicing with you I think I should do this more often! During the child's pose when you have your chin on the mat I put down my forehead on a block. This helps to melt down without streching my neck to far. Hope this comment helps for those with less mobility in their neck.

    Perfect! Loved it. Usually I have a hard time finding *the right spot* in stretches for the mid/upper back but with the blocks today it really targeted all the tricky parts. 💚

    "Transitions are just as important as the pose" is something I experienced this week..travelling from one city to home...using a walk by the river whilst witnessing a local festival on the outskirts of the crowd... that Transition before home enabling me to better nights rest...and soyour words helped to nail 💅 in the point!

    im still very new to yoga but that supported fish pose in the end hit a serious spot in my right shoulder. i needed this so much today.

      Just a suggestion for neck tension. I suffer from frequent tension headaches as well and I came across a video on “nerve flossing” from a different teacher (not sure if Kassandra has a similar one) but I gotta say it really cleared up one of my headaches. Just something else to try when you’re looking for pain relief. I believe the channel with the video that helped me was called Our Echo yoga or something similar. Kassandra is my favorite all around tho! Consistently great classes. This one was just what I needed today.

    Thank you Kassandra! I am so happy I found this class in which you do tsome of the well-known poses a bit different. It is very important from time to time to shift the trigger points in the asanas a bit to improve flexibility and relieve the stress in the muscles and joints. I really loved this practice.😊

    Thank you so much Kassandra. I've been enjoying the workouts with you over the last year. I've raised a smile towards the end of the workout. 😊 I felt so revived and refreshed after that yoga workout. My thighs felt heavy when in child's pose position but the workout filled and felt me up with lightness 🌞 and manned without the blocks. I've done many of the workouts with you over the last two years and subscribed to your channel and created a playlist on my channel and saved the workouts I've been doing with enjoyment to the playlist and completed with pleasuement and indulgence. I've have been commenting on some of your workouts of the last two years saying thank you and how good your yoga classes are and powerful.💪I'm participating in a yoga class every week for one hour in my local area that I started last year in August a few times over.I've been thinking of one word intentions during the workouts RELAX, CONFIDENT, REFRESH and CALM!!     As I've progressively balanced my chakras, I'm starting to notice more shoulder, back, and stomach tension. I don't know what it was about this practice, but it made me feel energized. I cleaned the fridge (a task that was loooong overdue) and started working towards an online certification. Will have to add this to the regular rotation!

    Thank you for the Yin videos. They're helping me get through this rough time of year. I seem to get panic attacks and inner ear dehiscence around this time - three years running now. The yin stuff has been great. Doing them nightly. . .

    I love the method yogi Kassandra does by producing 45 mins to 1 hour yoga video. I don’t think we need so-called “10 mins neck yoga” “15 mins yoga for the back”, which might be better for collecting views but never be able to match the experience of 45-60 mins real-world yoga class kinda experience video.

      I like both. The shorter videos allow me to do some yoga before work and add some bliss to my busy days. The longer ones are great for once or twice on top of a daily 15 for me.

      So not true. 10 min yoga saved by back.
      Of course during the week ends i'll do the longer ones. But honestly I get the most benefits from doing 10 kin every single day

      the 10 mins videos are lifesaving when there's an urgent need for yoga and not much time. But the bliss of a full length class is a different level altogether!

      I completely disagree both are good and it is a life changing to be able to do 10/15/20 minutes every blessing day especially when we have toddlers. 45/60 minutes is great that is true but when we can afford the time. Thank you Kassandra for your videos ❤
