Kassandra, I enjoyed this practice the day you posted it, but have been too busy to express my gratitude. Based on several things you've said, I feel like our bodies have similar challenges and I found this practice to be extremely beneficial and one I should likely add into my weekly routine, at least one day a week. I sit a lot for my job and type often and since that has been my daily reality, I tend to hold tightness in my traps and mid spine area. Your classes have helped me become more supple, as well as some supportive pilates I've tried with Jessica Vallant. After having this issue for so long it is such a relief to find some movements that help. Thank you

Broke my leg and ankle in December &my foot was backwards from a fall. I apparently talked about yoga and when I could do it again the entire time I was under while they put my bones and foot back! I woke up yesterday with a pinched nerve in my neck from the base of my skull down into my rhomboid. It makes sense, I drive rideshare for 4-5 hours 5-6 nights a week, and these last 3 weeks I have hardly stretched. I spent a week laying down due to illness, and got out of my stretching groove. It doesn't feel totally better after this session, but I'm using a heating pad and continuing to stretch and I know it will heal soon. These videos are a golden resource and the only yoga I've been doing for a couple years now. So grateful for the time, effort, expertise, and love that has gone into creating this for the world

This was a miracle, I have really intense neck and shoulder pain so much so that it radiates into my wrists and I can't bend them or put any pressure on them while bent and the start of this video was nearly unbearable with the stretch on my wrists but I could bend both wrists with minimal pain afterwards. Amazing

I suffer from degenerative disc disease and had surgery 35 years ago (L4/5). I practice yoga routinely as a way to help me stay mobile. My neck and upper back have of late been bothering. I tried this one morning while the baby was crawling around with me on her tumble mat and OMG this is now going to become part of my morning routine. We can be so negligent to the tension in our own bodies. I have not slept well for quite a while and couldn't identify the reason why. I thought trying this out might help. I didn't realize how much tension has accumulated in my neck, my shoulder, and my upper back until I finished this. Now my whole head and upper body feel lighter and I am with more ease. I didn't realize how much tension has accumulated in my neck, my shoulder, and my upper back until I finished this. Now my whole head and upper body feel lighter and I am with more ease. This is one of my favorite classes you teach. I hold stress in my upper body, causing me to be tight and sore in my neck & shoulders. The laying chest opener gives me an amazing relief of pain. Thank you for sharing these classes with us.

This class was great. I didn't know I had much tension in my neck and shoulders, but - wow - did I feel it when you did the position on the floor with your arm at a 9o* angle! Thank you for this class.
This really helped my neck open up after waking up with pain in my neck from sleeping wrong. I've had this problem in the past, and I haven't been able to get the relief I needed with other online yoga teachers, so thank you!
Ive been doing your classes everyday now for just over a month, both in the morning and after a workout such as today, they are brilliant, I shouldve started sooner :D
