    I just got so emotional after this workout. I checked your instagram and tears started to fall down my face.
    I feel so inspired by you. I've been doing animal movements for 18 days now, mostly from your channel.
    I feel like I've finally found the hidden, locked away creative inside of me. I love your workouts, your energy, everything.
    You are so inspiring! I stand for authenticity, yet I've never really felt like anything I do is worth sharing. I am one of those weird yoga teachers, never really stick to tradition yet emphasizing the love for your own body and presence with it. But you are inspiring me and changing my old beliefs as well, not just my body. Thank you so much for doing all this. It's truly one of the most amazing gifts to humanity.

    I only found your channel a couple of months ago and usually use your videos for cool down after other work outs. This one had most of my favorite of your moves AND got me sweating.     I'm so happy I found your channel! The movements feel so good and are fun! I'm moving somewhat like I did as a child and its refreshing. As I'm older..my body does not like weight lifting, but this along with yoga and pilates is my kindof jam!🥰🙏
