      @@StrengthFlowFitness Woke up the next morning and my whole body felt worked and different areas of mild soreness were heard from. Just what I wanted/hoped for. I've been doing "traditional" dumbbell and band workouts for a while. I've gotten stronger, for sure, in certain things but made no real progress in feeling stronger overall. Will start this workout again tomorrow and see how far I get.

    This was good and got my heart pumping! I am 27 - but start feeling my knees, my back… etc so really need to find a routine to build more strength and mobility. Only criticism for this practice is that there is no wrist warm up, no explanations for a few moves that are unclear to me and the cool down could be a tad longer :) But thank you, this felt good!

      Thank you for watching. Glad you are realizing the importance of taking care of your body. I have covered wrist warm ups and simple joint articulations in many other videos. Not every movement needs an explanation every video. It's on you to explore the archives and gradually build your own practice. Keep going, you'll catch on ✌🏽

    Oh, wow! For a first timer I'm glad I finished. Not doing the rolls just yet, adapted them with back ball rolls and V sits. Just discovered this channel last night and tried some of these funky moves, I think it's just what my body needs, more flexibility in my shoulders, knees and hips without the ever so tiring yoga down dog or same old moves. This channel twice a day should bring me more juice in my joints soon. 😁👍

    i loved this but i only manage to go thru series A , i tried my best for series B but i cudnt get the movements right

    What should we do if we can't quite complete the rock up and reach? My hips are pretty bad and I fall backward!

      As you rock up, plant your hand (same side as the bottom leg) and push off the ground to guide yourself to half kneeling. Alternatively, you can hold onto a light weight - this will serve as a counterbalance to prevent you from falling back. Cheers!
