Oh, wow! For a first timer I'm glad I finished. Not doing the rolls just yet, adapted them with back ball rolls and V sits. Just discovered this channel last night and tried some of these funky moves, I think it's just what my body needs, more flexibility in my shoulders, knees and hips without the ever so tiring yoga down dog or same old moves. This channel twice a day should bring me more juice in my joints soon. 😁👍

I've been doing "traditional" dumbbell and band workouts for a while. I've gotten stronger, for sure, in certain things but made no real progress in feeling stronger overall. Will start this workout again tomorrow and see how far I get.

This was good and got my heart pumping! I am 27 - but start feeling my knees, my back… etc so really need to find a routine to build more strength and mobility. Only criticism for this practice is that there is no wrist warm up, no explanations for a few moves that are unclear to me and the cool down could be a tad longer :) But thank you, this felt good!

Not every movement needs an explanation every video. It's on you to explore the archives and gradually build your own practice. Keep going, you'll catch on ✌🏽
