Great workout as always. I slipped into a rut for almost a year, just caving in to chronic pain, exhaustion, a mobility disorder, and worse, focusing on other people's priorities. I put on a bunch of fat and lost a lot of the positive gains I'd made... But I'm getting myself together again and knew exactly which channel to go to to get myself moving!

I rarely post comments, but I need to tell you that I love your positive attitude, smile and of course your workouts. Everytime I finish your trainings I feel relaxed, rested and positive. Using blocks, either under your knees or as platforms for you hands, can help. Sometimes you just need a small change or progression step to help your body unlock a movement pattern. I know you'll get it 🤘🏽
