  • Movement is medicine and this routine will give you a healthy dose! This has been my go-to ground movement series lately for either my morning routine or pre-training warm up - perfect to mobilize & activate your body.
    A little different format than usual - we've got 12 different movements, 10 reps each. I'll guide you through TWO rounds that will get you primed and energized.

    Loved this routine!! Also I love RUclips videos because this platform allows settings which means I could slow it down and really follow along in time, It helps until I memorise the whole flow.

    Another amazing one. I am working up to getting to 10 reps each! :) Great for if I am short on time. Love the rock up and at the end the row with the band. It so important to keep those shoulders moving and chest open. Much gratitude to you and all you do!

    Always feel great after your videos.. I gotta say that the lunge switches and the sprawls need a lot of help. IEven simple plyometrics get hard when you get old.

      I get it! Some possible modifications are staying more upright for the switches and using a platform for the sprawls or adjusting the reps.

    Hello Kellen! Thank you so much for these videos! I chanced upon your channel and I'm so glad I did! I definitely agree that let thy movement be thy medicine. I've been suffering for years from a lot of neck, rib/chest, hip, shoulder and ankle inflammation and scar tissue and trying to heal the imbalances and stiffness. I used to be moderately fit (yoga and cardio) but have lost a lot of mobility and stability after a back injury and surgery 8 years ago. A humble request is if you could do a beginner series for mobility and stability of the various joints (e.g. shoulder & hips) so that some of us rigid people could work up to your more intermediate level movements? Really appreciate your consideration and keep up the awesome content!

    Nice routine 👍 It's good to jump back on the mvmt//LF train again! I loved the original name cos it's so meaningful to me, but I will get used to the new one too!
    I would be really interested in what a typical training week looks like for you if ever you chose to make a video on that - what and how much other stuff you do besides movement flows?

      Thank you! "Movement parallels life" will always be the message! I actually have a different project in mind for the name, further down the road.
      One of the big reasons for the name change is because my practice has always been so much more than the movement flows that are on this channel. I love strength training with kettlebells, macebells, and sandbags. Typically, I train 3-5 days per week.
      Movement & mobility create the foundation - that's applicable to everyone. Strength & skills are what I choose to build on top of that foundation. Unconventional training isn't for everyone but I definitely want to share more about the methods that work for me!
