Thank you so much for this, Kellen (as well as your Ground Movement 101 Series, which I just completed and LOVED). So glad to also be on your mailing list and have gotten to learn more about you and your journey outside of your movement content... much love to you as you continue on your path forward! I have found something in your content that I am not finding elsewhere and I super appreciate it-- the balance of structure and creativity/flow with an emphasis on listening to the body is exactly what I need right now and I'm so grateful for your inspiration. You emit a pleasant sense of self that feels different from what many folks in the industry imbue and I find it refreshing. You seem grateful to be in your body, happy to nurture it, and very healthy and well in your relationship to it. I appreciate that modeling. THANK YOU.
Thank you so much! I love to hear that you're catching the intention behind the practices and that the energy is a good vibe for you. I truly appreciate your support 🙏🏽🤍
Loved this routine!! Also I love RUclips videos because this platform allows settings which means I could slow it down and really follow along in time, It helps until I memorise the whole flow.
You are truly the best movement coach out here, from the creativity of the flows to the teaching style and guidance to the vibe! I reaaaally hope that your videos and programs reach more people!!! You deserve 10 gazillion subscribers
Damn, that was efficient! I haven't practiced lately but I felt like I could still keep up (with some modification) and got nice and sweaty! Thanks Kellen!
Another amazing one. I am working up to getting to 10 reps each! :) Great for if I am short on time. Love the rock up and at the end the row with the band. It so important to keep those shoulders moving and chest open. Much gratitude to you and all you do!
Nice routine 👍 It's good to jump back on the mvmt//LF train again! I loved the original name cos it's so meaningful to me, but I will get used to the new one too! I would be really interested in what a typical training week looks like for you if ever you chose to make a video on that - what and how much other stuff you do besides movement flows?
Thank you! "Movement parallels life" will always be the message! I actually have a different project in mind for the name, further down the road. One of the big reasons for the name change is because my practice has always been so much more than the movement flows that are on this channel. I love strength training with kettlebells, macebells, and sandbags. Typically, I train 3-5 days per week. Movement & mobility create the foundation - that's applicable to everyone. Strength & skills are what I choose to build on top of that foundation. Unconventional training isn't for everyone but I definitely want to share more about the methods that work for me! Thanks for the video suggestion, I'll definitely keep it in mind.🤘🏽
@@StrengthFlowFitness Sounds great! Best of luck for all that - I look forward to seeing it. You (and Strength Side) have certainly revolutionised my approach to fitness, and I'm grateful for that 👊
Hello Kellen! Thank you so much for these videos! I chanced upon your channel and I'm so glad I did! I definitely agree that let thy movement be thy medicine. I've been suffering for years from a lot of neck, rib/chest, hip, shoulder and ankle inflammation and scar tissue and trying to heal the imbalances and stiffness. I used to be moderately fit (yoga and cardio) but have lost a lot of mobility and stability after a back injury and surgery 8 years ago. A humble request is if you could do a beginner series for mobility and stability of the various joints (e.g. shoulder & hips) so that some of us rigid people could work up to your more intermediate level movements? Really appreciate your consideration and keep up the awesome content!
Hello. My free 10-day course has helped thousands of people get started with ground based movement. Definitely check it out... www.movementparallelslife.com/ground-movement-101
Always like the vids. Love the pacing of this one being reps vs time. Nice change of pace. I wish the routine targeted the hamstring more. The sprawls do if you pay attention and then at the end too.
True. Posterior chain work is always going to be limited in floor practice, but added some band rows and SL bridges in this practice - ruclips.net/video/uMQAgd8toXw/видео.html. Also, I use these sessions to complement my training with kettlebells, macebells, and sandbags. Very important to incorporate external loading for a well-balanced physical practice, imo.
Love your videos! Thanks for this one. I’m almost able to complete all the movements which is a huge improvement in strength and flexibility from even 6 months ago. 😊
Always feel great after your videos.. I gotta say that the lunge switches and the sprawls need a lot of help. IEven simple plyometrics get hard when you get old.
Hi. Your latest SHORTS you advertize a 30 day flow course. I just wondered why you won't show this on you tube. Quite a lot of people can not afford to go on platforms. not everybody is made of money. Please reply to comment. Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your comment. It's very simple...creating content is actually my career. Having monetized offers is how I support myself. It is also how I can afford to continue providing such an extensive library of free content here on this channel.

I never knew that was an option on the settings. I will try that, trying to keep up with Kellan is a challenge in itself! Thank you!

This is a great routine for a bicyclist like myself that needs work on moving my lower body in ways that cycling does not.
Been doing your stuff for years - great series as always!

Спасибо! С вами занимаюсь каждый день❤
Just wanted to say thank you for your amazing content. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🙏
Incredible, as always. Thank you Kallen.

Love this.
Thanks you m'y Friends ❤ . Be happy
Ty❤ sir
Always feel great after your videos.. I gotta say that the lunge switches and the sprawls need a lot of help. IEven simple plyometrics get hard when you get old.
I get it! Some possible modifications are staying more upright for the switches and using a platform for the sprawls or adjusting the reps.
You're going
down, Milad.
You are not alone with that. I am grateful for modifications. :) Just moving the best way we can in the moment is the best medicine!
me encanta!!!
This kicked my ass! Thank you
Awesome
