    This is now my go to video to fix my sciatica pain that I sometimes get from sitting in a car too long. After 3 days of pain I was able to get completely pain free in just under 18 minutes. I will never wait to fix the problem again. Thank you again Kellen, I truly appreciate that you share your knowledge with us all.

I injured myself while practicing martial arts...meniscale lesion quite severe. your videos allowed me to regain confidence step by step; today I was able to make this seance entirely with flexibility and without any pain.       Thank you! I highly recommend some basic soft tissue work in addition to your movement practice. Neck and trap tension can be tricky to get the right pressure on - try Yoga Tune Up Balls.

    Hi, great work ! It's really nice to have a functional workout hitting lots of targets and absolutely approachable and fun. I might suggest, humbly, that you think more of 'leading' with the hands, also the feet. Sometimes I think of my body like a suspension bridge, I aim for homogeneity of muscle tone to the TIPS of my fingers and feet. Lots of nice things happen when I do that, especially if I then make this awareness subsidiary to my gaze as I allow my eyes to lead.

      Yes, definitely listen to your body and make modifications. Kneeling & knee bend work can be an amazing way to strengthen & resolve chronic knee pain. They key is to be progressive - focus on your weak links a little bit every day. As you go through these videos, pay attention to the specific movements that "hit your spots". Practice them on your own so you can slow down and have more time really connect with your body. Healing and strengthening is a slow and ongoing process - I hope these videos help you in the journey.

    Adding this one to my favorites playlist that I recently created, so far it only has your videos 😊 this one was challenging but I did it! I just thought of an additional way to get more movement time, I’m going to incorporate some of these movements in my everyday life. Going to think of new ways to fold laundry or clean the floor for example, I don’t know how exactly…yet, but it’ll be fun to figure out 😅
