So wonderful! So tough! I’ve been ‘fitnessing’ in garage. With several women for about 8 years. We were in a gym for almost 2 years until the pandemic. I am strong for 63. I have familial😮 osteoarthritis. Watching and performing this routine, today, has left me feeling calm and ‘stretched’! I will try to do more of your videos! I need everything I can get!😊

I saw the post last night and made sure to do this in the morning. Amazing routine! Slow, effective and very grounding. Being conscious about the breath work makes these movements vary in intensity. I agree with Flo that we normally have control in the beginning / winding down at night but practicing with you and Bre has made a HUGE difference in handling the "unplanned stuff - stress" I encounter each day. That sequence was so right for me this morning, in terms of variety, length, intensity and pace: feels great and i like alternating between your sessions and other yoga ones. PS i did not follow your instructions in one aspect, though… i did it before brushing teeth… seems to still work ok ;-)

Thank you Flow for another great movement routine to start the day (I do belong to the 5am club 😁) Is there a video for hand and wrist maintenance? I have to make adjustments to take care of them but will love to have a practice to make them stronger. Sending love and gratitude to you and yours.
Great short and sweet class but heavy on the wrist especially if you’re doing this first thing so it would help to do your own wrist warm up before starting :)

Starting to travel more. I was wondering if you have a sequence to help with the affects jet lag…?
I really enjoyed the practice, but I found it difficult to hold the last few poses because I don't have the arm strength. So here's a tip, if you haven't already, for a video more dedicated to building arm and abdominal strength, but for beginners. I would love to do it.
