    So wonderful! So tough! I’ve been ‘fitnessing’ in garage. With several women for about 8 years. We were in a gym for almost 2 years until the pandemic. I am strong for 63. I have familial😮 osteoarthritis. Watching and performing this routine, today, has left me feeling calm and ‘stretched’! I will try to do more of your videos! I need everything I can get!😊

    Excellent routine! I've learned so many natural movements through watching your videos. It's taught me that you don't need a gym to move and be fit. This can be done anytime, anywhere!

    I saw the post last night and made sure to do this in the morning. Amazing routine! Slow, effective and very grounding. Being conscious about the breath work makes these movements vary in intensity. I agree with Flo that we normally have control in the beginning / winding down at night but practicing with you and Bre has made a HUGE difference in handling the "unplanned stuff - stress" I encounter each day. Thank you!!! 👍👊✌

    Really good Flo. Its the freedom of movements and the gentle persuasion in your words that draws me to it again and gain. Keep coming up with more of such videos. A disclaimer for heart patients and regular ''back attackers' might be nice

    That sequence was so right for me this morning, in terms of variety, length, intensity and pace: feels great and i like alternating between your sessions and other yoga ones. PS i did not follow your instructions in one aspect, though… i did it before brushing teeth… seems to still work ok ;-)

    Great short and sweet class but heavy on the wrist especially if you’re doing this first thing so it would help to do your own wrist warm up before starting :)

    I really enjoyed the practice, but I found it difficult to hold the last few poses because I don't have the arm strength. So here's a tip, if you haven't already, for a video more dedicated to building arm and abdominal strength, but for beginners. I would love to do it.
