    This has much more benefit than in yoga! Improve agility, functional movements n transitonal n core stability movements over static. Not spiritual too!! I call this a true Fitness foundation healthy practise. Great teaching n sharing ! TQ

    I was so excited to find this channel.
    As a fit woman who included yoga in my daily routine for the past 40 plus years.
    I had to put a stop to that after disc bulging started causing nerve pain .
    Anyway it was recommended I follow the advice given by professor Stuart McGill (Back Mechanic )
    So basically all of the exercises here are discouraged .
    Any suggestions?

    I love your workouts/movement series. I teach phys ed in Ontario and used many of your videos when we moved to online learning.     I'm a 5' ft 10" age 57 male. My stomach is in the way for many of your stretches, could you please do a video or stretches someone can do if 70 lbs overweight, as I'm dieting to slim down, thx!

      @@gregglafleur8968 I got mine on sale from Everyday Yoga. It was $80 at the time. It's thinner than I expected it to be, but still works well for my practice. I use it daily, and it' has held up well!

    What kind of mat are you using? That round mat looks like it really enhances your practice. Same question about your little timer device.

    Lo que me pasa a veces es que con cierta edad las muñecas molestan tienes que hacer ejercicios que lleven menos muñeca por qué la tercera edad también queremos entrenar esto adaptado q nuestra edad
