    I'm really enjoying doing your routines. I have exercised every morning for many years but yours is a new approach for me, which I feel is very beneficial for me (at almost 70 years of age).

    Nice one - short and sweet! This routine is pretty accessible but still can find some areas of weakness and lesser mobility that need more attention.

    Bonjour, j'adore vos vidéos, les enchaînements sont très bénéfiques. Je suis sportive, j'ai 63ans, mes seuls problèmes sont l'anglais et la maîtrise de l'informatique 😬mais je viens de trouver comment avoir le sous titrage en français 👍😂.

    this was great! very happy to have found your channel. ive been pretty tight from doing bjj for a few months now but one thing i learned from this routine is that my hip flexors have gotten much stronger. Thanks for this routine definitely going to do one every day in the morning.

    I really enjoy a new challenge and have been looking for more natural body weight movement workouts - self body help. how can I get past my big toe's joint pain. It is debilitating and hard to hold balance when bending toes backwards. I amin barefoot shoes at this time regularly. i have been looking up rehab help for this issue any advise?

      Definitely recommend getting some silicone toe spreaders. Also doing some research into training intrinsic foot strength. Best of luck.
