Love it, I'm 55+ years old and I must say, this kind of training is like an epiphany. I use it as basis to improve my strength and flexibility to play competitive tennis and to protect myself from injuries. Thank you so much for teaching this kind of movement.
I am a personal trainer. I have been incorporating your movements into my clients' workouts. My clients are excited to do different modalities. They ask questions about these movements. I tell them these are all functional movements, essential as we get older. So awesome and vital, Thanks!!
Man, I just finished an intense hour kickboxing class and I cannot wait to do this tomorrow first thing. I can’t say enough good things about this channel man. It’s really, really helpful for me. I used to do yoga (which is good, too) but channel has opened my eyes (and my body) to new movement and possibilities. Hooked! 🔥🔥❤️
10/12/22 done in the AM. The foot hand crawl was intense, not forgetting up down plank. It's been long since I did primal movement, it's a nice break from my yoga routine. Thanks Kellen for sharing your practice with me
Subscribed !!! I suffer from Anterior Pelvic Tilt due to a very weak core and glute muscle ( Don't skip leg day !) Thiss routine made my core fire and the stretches was really nice!! Thanks !
@moveKellan is a boss. I love this style of hybrid working out strengthening and stretching at the same time. I sincerely thank u bro . I do ur vids 3x/4x times a week and its fun and challening. Keep on rocking bro ur on the something @movementparallelslife
Amazing workout, especially after a long pause. Eventually feel that this body belongs to me again. Thank you for doing this! You've got admirers from Belarus)
You are awesome! And just like Frieda said, I'm using this to re-member my body and I'm finding it so helpful in most areas of my life (particularly because my job is about sitting still). I'm wondering if you would be up for making a way slowed down video like this - where the movements are really slow and steady so that we could land deeper in the movement understanding how to adapt it for our own bodies. Thank you - this really has been a game changer for me and building strength/flexibility in a much more playful and dynamic way than I've learned - reminding me to engage my body as its animal self. Appreciate you!
I will keep it in mind. However, it's not necessary to keep pace with me. Even a slower video will still draw your focus somewhat externally. The best way to progress is a consistent combination of guided practice and independent work. Take one piece of movement and work with it on your own - there's really no substitute for this. When questions arise, I am always accessible on Instagram / email. If you enjoy the channel, please consider supporting either my Playbook app or On-demand Collection. Thank you.
Yes, I've definitely done some yoga in my time along with many sports and martial arts. However, the thing that has personally helped me "connect the dots" the most is MovNat / Natural Movement.
@@StrengthFlowFitness , of course! I found your videos recently. I won't always leave comments but I really enjoy your exercises and have shared your videos with friends.
This is so good and advance stuff man, I'm a fitness trainer and also been doing calisthenics for more than 3 years but still I find this a lot difficult and challenging, thnx for this workout it helped me learn a lot amd imma add them to my as well as my clients regime
Love this workout. Quite intense! As someone who successfully got himself a shoulder tendonitis by working out the front chain too much, without balancing with enough "back chain work", I have to ask you this: how do you balance this 2 aspect of your practice? I feel there's a lot of front chain work in this ground movements and I'm kinda afraid I would take myself back into the injury road... Thank you in advance for any suggestion and for all your videos! Keep up the good work :)
Great question. I create these free videos to be accessible to as many people as possible. Anyone can jump into them right from home with no equipment. From experience, I know that certain elements of the practice don't translate well for my RUclips audience. Here's an older video on hanging that didn't do well in views but might be helpful for you: ruclips.net/video/Xbn8-EkK_Bg/видео.html I have also launched a training app to provide in-depth videos and full programming for people who are ready to explore Natural Movement to the fullest. Try your first month for just $1: bit.ly/3bAJXSJ
hey, where is your shirt. found it a nice difference to most other guys in the sector! to follow you allong you are a bit too fast. make small breaks so everyone can do the exercises in his or her speed😉 now to the sweets! I really love your work and your way to move and explain! one of a kind!!! really inspiring and good work!!! thank you a lot and go on with your work!😁😁
Enjoyed this session dude. I definitely did less reps than you though 😁. Obviously not as well conditioned. Tried to do some handstand training after and my trunk muscles were definitely too fatigued
Hey Kellen. Which of your videos would be best for making the back muscles more loose? Often when I work out that's the tightest part of my body. Thanks for the videos, they're very helpful and informative.
Daily rocking, rolling, and spinal waves might be helpful to disperse the excess tension and reset. Doesn't need to be complex but does require some mindfulness as you modify your daily movement habits. There's no specific routine or quick fix...its more about resetting and reeducation. Thanks for watching and best wishes!
Movement Parallels Life - I’ve worn them for 4 years now, but you saved me a lot of potential shoe shopping and future shoe buying $$ when I saw they were your choice for minimal shoes!

most primal movement sites are too advanced for beginners. you show the steps which build to the movements which is why I follow you.
Thank you, MPL!

Too good for beginners
But tough work out
Wow! Super!
These are great moves. I see you have been inspired by yoga. I teach many of those moves in my yoga class. I 've been doing it for years.

How many reps per exercise?
15:51 Interesting. My arms are not long enough to do these on my palms, so I have to do them on my fingertips.
Primary workout starts at 9:13
Which shoes are those? Pretty nice
Feiyues!! Iconic with the movement weirdos.
candy man!😙
This is not for beginners 😹 mosdef, crawling is hard
Thanks Kellen I'll keep practicing
I'm kinda glad this wasn't an IRL class, because then you would've learned the extensive cursing vocabulary of my native language. 😅
Hahaha all good, it's very important to express yourself! 😂
Feiyues; yes.
