I was just diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy. I am in pain alllll over. I think your video will help me tremendously to stretch with little discomfort and gain muscular strength. I used to workout daily for 30 minutes with weights and I hate feeling so stiff and weak now without being able to workout as I did. Thank you! I’ll subscribe.

I have severe neuropathy in both legs and arms, and I understand the feeling over the entire body, it’s hard to move and causes other problems. The best pill for me is moving/stretching and strength training together. 1955. Long may you run!
I really like this style of exercise and movement, however, I do wish that you would either do more complete separate videos for more beginner levels for each movement or include the more beginner options in these videos. I do try to figure it out for myself and just do what I can but some movements I don’t really know how to adapt it for less intense movement or stretch. Especially in more of your strength ones, it is great what you can do but it would be nice to have the same type of videos and guidance that is less extreme for those of us who don’t have your same strength or abilities yet.

At last, a stretching routine that is fun, and enjoyable to do .I broke both my wrists and my coxycs 8 months ago. Unfortunately i do not have full flexibility in my wrists. Some of the moves i am unable to do...at the moment! ❤.
