Exercises that target a specific part of the body can strengthen and build muscles in that area, but they won't directly affect fat burning in just that spot. For example, doing a lot of crunches won't burn fat only from the abdomen-it will, however, improve the muscle tone of the abdominal muscles .To burn fat in a particular area, you need to reduce overall body fat through proper diet and regular physical activity. As you progressively burn fat, the amount of fat in different parts of the body, including more resistant areas, will decrease ❤️
