I know this program, this channel, this amazing woman is helping me achieve my goals. I didn’t use the lighter weights I pulled out and I did all my push ups on my toes. Let’s see those goals!!!!!!!!!
I'm very happy with the results of Endurance Month. I can see a marked increase in my endurance. Thanks Sydney. But, one thing, you mentioned "post" whatever. You mention injury, baby, layoff, etc. but you NEVER mention menopause. There's some of us post-menopausal women still banging iron around 5 days a week with you.
Whew! What a way to end Fire Week! 🔥 I was doing great at being consistent all thru tier 1 until just the last week. I'm behind with starting STF, today is Thursday and this past weekend was Labor Day weekend. I did the last workout Saturday, fully intending to do today's Sunday or Monday. Well, Sunday I did not feel well at all, then the past 3 days it was 90+ degrees with super humidity. We don't have central air and it was 85 and humid in the house. I just couldn't do it. Today it was finally a little cooler...and even tho I really didn't want to, I made myself so the work. Then, as usual, Sydney spoke to me at the end! Always on point!! This past month was definitely a challenge, but it feels great to have accomplished it!! Now onto the next! Excited for strength 💪🏼 ❤🎉
I think this is my fav format! Strength combined with cardio💪 it might sound silly but I never feel like I worked out unless there was some kind of cardio involved 😅
