Great video. I’m gonna this next week as at 60k miles current tensioner wobbles and seems to have lost tension springs. I have a belt chirp sound at idle that goes when revs rise to 1100. So all new belts and pulleys and tensioner and hope it’s not the alternator!
Yo rude boy, why did repack the tensioner ??. I have been hearing whistling like it’s my pully or my belt so I’m thinking about changing the belt but my tensionser seem to be slightly moving when the car is on.

Most likely the tensioner is the culprit
Well done on both videos!! Huge help thanks!!
Love your videos, they’re so helpful
Won’t it be easier to take the time to remove the fan assembly so you have much easier access? Thx.
Thanks for the video. You didn't use any torque on that bolt?
Hi Bruges, I’m replacing my alternator on my M4. What steps do I need to do to take off belt from alternator?
Watch the alternator belt video on my page. Good luck!
Thx for this? How many miles on the engine when the belt shredded?
At the time it was right around 100k mikes
Have you changed the idler pulleys?
Can you get to them the same way?
Nice video
Yes you can
Got it done, great info man. Car has 114k miles.
Should I just change all the pulleys + tensioner with the belts?
Yes that is not a bad idea. Preventative maintenance

The tensioner tends to move a little bit when the car is on. Doesn’t mean anything is wrong with it.
Idk bout cars 😐 but cool
Thanks 🙏🏾
