    My results after 7 days:
    Day 1
    Arm 26 cm/10.23 inches
    Waist 69 cm/27.16 inches
    Belly 84 cm/33.07 inches
    Tigh 50.5 cm/19.88 inches
    Day 7
    Arm 22.5 cm/8.85 inches !!!!!
    Waist 66 cm/26.37 inches
    Belly 81 cm/31.88 inches

      Lucy so grateful that I found your channel. I generally never eat junk or unhealthy food and have a moderately active life... but your exercises have boosted up my metabolism.
      Whenever I don't feel like working out, I just choose some easier workout video of yours because there's just so much variety that you will somehow find one that will work for you on such days too.
      So a big thank you. Working out doesn't even feel like a task anymore :)

    I really don't understand why people hit the dislike button for Lucy's video 😲😲 Love this girl so so much.. My whole family 👪 follows her workout... My mother lost 1 1/2 inches off her tummy area within 10 days and I lost 1inch from my tummy area with 7 days and Dad is also near loosing 1/2 an inch from his tummy area with just 4 days of 'Burning the belly fat Excercises'😊😊

    My 14 year old autistic son has now joined me doing your seven minute workouts! He struggles with coordination and muscle tone, and he feels very confident trying these!!!     Hi Lucy
    I’m in my 3rd week of 7 min workouts each day.
    I must say the stretching has helped me tremendously with my arthritis in my neck and back. I look forward to the exercise and relief. Bonus In loosing 3cms off my waist and hips. I have never been an exercise person in the past and have been converted. Try it ladies the benefits are wonderful. Thank you Lucy

    I started with the 3 minute arm workout and it really worked. I love my arms now and became an „addict“ (in the most positive sense) to Lucy‘s training and positivity. Lifechanging. Thank you so much

    Day 1: complete- WOW what a workout!! My heart rate was really up there even with having to alternate between both modifications due to living in an upstairs apartment

    I love lucy! I do like 5 or 6 of your workouts every morning. All different ones. But i did the belly workout alone for only 7 days and couldnt believe the results. I cant thank you enough for sharing online for people that cant afford to buy all the programs. Now i see youre the real deal i have purchased your products but the fact you give workouts away online for free shows me you have a passion for wjat you do its not all about money. Keep up the good work plz. We love you. Only workouts i do are yours!

    Oh wow...I lost 5 kg in 14 days from this workout and belly workout.honestly,I also eat junk foods in between sometimes...I m so happy... 8 KGS more to loose...thank you Lucy....it helped me a lot

    Hey everyone! 😃
    I ate normal, and do this workout twice a day for a week, and this is the result:
    I lose 2kg (4 lbs), and I feel myself better. 😃
    Just need to drink a lot of water and don't eat chocolate and candies.😋😋

    Background: I've never once done any workout, I thought it would be better if I choose the more challenging one and when I was into the last 20 second of 1st step (it was that time when I knew I fucked up) my heart rate sped up to another level it was inhuman.
    Day 1: Completed but I felt like I'm from a moment or two from dying. I was having cramps on my stomach after I was done with my workout for half an hour. Hope it gets better.
    Day 2: Done... it was difficult (still the high impact). Cramps: check ✔... felt like dying on the last move.
    Still hoping it would get better
    Day 3: done. Sweat. Cramps. Didn't get any easier.

    I did Lucy’s 7 day 7 minute challenge, Was relatively easy but was out of breath, and sweating, plus some exercises from how to lift your bust and also Chloe tings 10 minute arms.
    Breakfast: Apple milkshake
    Lunch: 1 chapati, homemade chicken curry
    Snack: 1 biscuit, apple and a orange
    Dinner: 2 chapatis, chick pea curry
    Day two ✅ Did Lucy’s back fat workout, bust lift, and Chloe tings arms workout

      Hukaa aaye@ 7 minute to loose inches I followed this two weeks regular in a row.. n had 2 days brk dan I started 7 minute to loose belly fat ...but don't eat junk in between n no sugar hav black coffee in morning n after half n hour of Ur meals hav green tea...I was following intermittent fasting 16: 8

    Whoa ! Feel my heart racing. What I like is following you on the right is a bit much for me to do the entire 60secs for 7 moves , so I have room to grow, but when it is too hard I still can follow with you on the left. I get up at the crack of dawn every work day, 3:30 . It's hard to get up much earlier , so this is perfect 7 minutes to get my heart pumping, energy flowing to start my day & burn some calories. GREAT workout , Lucy ! Loved the walk down burpee move. This is still very challenging for me , but doable!

    I will be doing this at the office as a break, so will mainly do the moderate version. But I will do it for a week and update you at the end (I don't own a measuring tape, so will go by grams lost, if any, and how I feel) 😀
    Day 1: ✔️ Great to be up and moving!
    Day 2: ✔️ More out of breath today and feel tired in my arms from yesterday. That's a good thing, it's working! Not doing so good when it comes to healthy eating though 🙈
    Day 3: 🌞 Feeling strong today!
    Then my mother got sick, so I have to finish the challange when I am back from visiting her. Should be able to do this every day anyways 🙈

    I sometimes have the motivation to eat healthy and workout however I constantly crave unhealthy foods such as; chocolate, donuts, crisps and all those yummy foods. I’m torn between eating unhealthy and feeling good at the time but feeling 💩 after or eating healthy and working out and craving lots of food 😳🤨

    I was doing ur muffin top and leg challenges from last 2 weeks and m so gald I have lost 2 inches from waist 1 from legs and 2 kg weight. I really love the results n m gonna do this from today.. this workout looks amazing n m sure I will get good results out of it..
