Internist found no medical issue but suggested specific stretching exercises of legs prior to bedtime. Need HELP! I’m a very active senior; I can’t figure out how to stop middle of nite lower leg area cramps several times middle of night. Tk u for your program.

Hay my fellow pain people look up floor sitting. Its helped me alot. And inverted therapy. 🤔🤔 im 48 6ft 8 and have arthritis ect and ivè found this combo help along with this drs vids every body is different. I sit in the floor majority of the time im home . I do almost all my home videos on the floor wen im responding to people on my channel 🙂🙂

There are so many videos with exercises for all the parts of the body but it would be nice if you made a longer video with a set of exercised for the whole body like a strech routine
I wish I could get on the floor to do the exercises and kneel on the floor. I have two new hips and the knees are both one and two years old. Lower back pain and walk with a cane. I have curvature of lower spine. I get discouraged easily and give up but will do my best. Thanks!

For the first exercise what would I do if my lower back pain is in the middle of my back and would then be apart of the spine which is a no go you said

The first exercise, I use a tennis ball against the wall, I get a stronger massage that way 😊. Plus I can't get down on the floor
