Diane...I am 73 too. Things have changed so much from when I had my son in 1972. They put me to sleep right before my son was born & my husband was not allowed in my room. He had to wait until we left the hospital to hold Cameron. Do you have kids?
I have 5 kids and things have certainly changed. I had my first in 1972 and my last in 1989 (oops). Things were more family friendly then. I just love seeing the kids growing up here on line. It’s funny how you become emotionally attached to people you’ve never met. Thanks for the little chat. Blessings and hugs to you…….

It’s a girl because Ben would have been so excited and Katie would have been shocked, but they didn’t seem shocked, so it’s definitely a girl. My mum and dad had 5 girls, girls are cute until they get to teenage years. I have 4 boys and 4 girls and the boys are harder when they are younger, but the girls are the difficult ones as teenagers. Congrats guys she/he is beautiful. Katie May I ask if you have ever experienced childbirth without an epidural? Not that it matters, I just wondered? Xxx
