I need your help with this mic and i bought this mic like 2 week ago also once i connect to my pc it don't wanna respond to my voice.

is it worth me upgrading from my neewer nw7000 usb mic to this? would it sound better than my mic does in my videos?
If you are beginning to start streaming this is a good option. Not only because it has an incredible price tag also if you are not used to big mics in your face it can help.
I was streaming at my boyfriends who has a pretty big mic/cover and I hit it so many times 😅

@@Yumadlol unless you mute it on a programme you’re running, like discord or teamspeak, there’s no way to mute it any other way unless you unplug the chord from the mic itself

@@prumchhangsreng979 Yup... if you want a nice balance between audio quality and features fit for a newbie, i suggest an Elgato Wave 1... Sounds good, AND has a clipguard feature built into it, so that the microphone doesn't clip when you scream or shout. :)
It's very VERY nice for recordings, and is very kind on the ears of people you're on discord with too.

Does it have a mute bottom?
I currently have the newer NW-800 with its phantom power. Should I keep my current mic or switch to this. The main reason I’m thinking of switching is that I want to use this during my zoom meetings. The nw-800 has a mounted arm which is huge. I don’t want the mic to be in my camera. The second reason is cable management. The newer has like 4 cords that are 10ft long each. I have attempted to manage it with zip ties but it’s still visible. If you could respond before December 25 it would be great! Thanks and keep grinding
How do you set this up with monitoring and without latency?

You should also test the background noise because thats a very important future, if its too loud then those 50-60$ aint worth it.
I agree about the USB C part lol. I have a razer huntsman TE that has a detachable USB C and it came out over a year ago, yet this mic still uses a micro usb :(
Nah, I disagree, type c is a fair bit more expensive to add to a product, and you only have to plug it in via micro usb once or twice, so it makes sense. The cable isn't reversible anyways so at that point type c becomes unnecessary.

I have a Samsung Tab S7, do you know if this mic could work for it or not? The only USB slot is for the charger, and it's a USB-C. Will this mic work with my tablet if I used a different cord ?

It might work through an adapter. From USB A to USB C. But I no longer have the Tab S7, so I can't really test it for myself. However, I would recommend that you stick with the stock cable for the Seiren Mini and try an adapter for your Tab S7.

Those who came to the stream felt like it sounded great! I think this one genuinely sounds better than the X - it might sound crazy, but I would consider this smaller microphone an upgrade.

@@AndroidSlime Nope. I made a review on the Razer Seiren Emote, which is the same as the Seiren X but just with emotes on it. I did not like the sound at all - I genuinely believe the Seiren Mini to be a better sounding microphone.

A PC has at least two different audio ports, one for microphones and one for audio, or, if you have a USB microphone, you can just plug the microphone in an empty USB slot in your PC

Why does mine sound nowhere like that, there's so much static and a weird popping noise. Any tips on how to fix this?
You might have a defective unit or the gain set way too high (lowering it would help). But if that doesn't work, then I'd exchange it.

Razer makes most of its products optimized for PC, but I have my Razer Tournament Edition headset and use it on my PS4 connected via the USB. So I’m going to assume yes, this will work on PS4.
