One fact. As soon as sprouts are boiled, they loose all the nutrition. Since they are living food, utmost care should be taken while preparing them. Eat them raw for maximum benefits.
Nothing is lost after cooking, any kind of food. It just helps in better digestion.., same is the case with sprouts! You tried to act smart but instead look foolish 😂

Tried this yesterday. It was awesome. I just added apple cut into small pieces, pomegranate and little bit of dry roasted peanuts.
