    My routine:
    9 am : my own Slimming tea which includes cumin (i can't get up from bed at 7)
    10 am: black coffee with honey (as I can't tolerate the bitterness of Black coffee. Honey makes it feasible to drink but it Don't make the coffee Sweet. So Please Don't misunderstand
    12 pm: An Apple
    1:30 - 2:00 pm : 2 roti + curry + salad + one pc of meat/fish (if available)
    6:30: An Apple/green tea/black coffee
    7:30 - 8:00 pm: Chicken soup/Oats khichri with vegetables/Bread(pawruti) + salad
    10 pm: again my Slimming tea
    That's it🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
    In sha Allah I'll comeback after losing 23 kg as my target was 30 kg. I'm on the way😭😭😭❤❤❤

    It really works.....I lost 1 kg in 2 days....but you have to be proper in your diet and can't cheat in fasting and stay hydrated is the main key....I have lost 5kg in 13-15 days so yes its effective!

      भाई ऐसा नाही है की 8 घंटे खाना है तो कित्ना भी ओर कूच भी खाना है...
      लो कॅलरी फूड खाणं है... सक्कर, कार्बोहाइड्रेट नाही खाना ....
      जो भी खाव हेलदी ओर हजम होणे मे हलका हो उपर से कसरत भी करोगे...
      लेकीन ध्यान रहे थकान ना अने पाय...
      ओर सेफ ली हो जाय तो उसे मेन्टेन भी करना होगा

      @Aharsi_Bangladesh its works but i didn't continue IF due to some issues. You can try it , but the fasting in the beginning must be minimal as per your strength . And then you can increase the fasting gap.

    Let me tell you honest review here. My weight was 58.5kg and according to my height my weight should be 50kg. Maine ye plan 16 August 2024 ko start kia tha proper achche se kia jaise btaya gya. But mera weight sirf 3 kg kamm hua but mere stomach jo mota or face mota lgta tha vo ab nai hai. Muje bloating se jo headche hota tha vo ab nai hai. Jaise fulli or Moti lgti thi vaisi nai hu. So I am happy or maid continue kr rhi hu is plan ko 😊

    ऐसे unhealthy diet plan को न follow करें. इससे आपका weight kuchh समय के लिए temporay कम हो सकता है, लेकिन फिर दुगनी तेजी से बढ़ेगा..
    क्योकि strict diet plan से बॉडी मे कमजोरी आती है, और food cravings बढ़ती है..
    इसे आप jyada din tak follow नही कर सकते.
    Most important thing :कभी भी ऐसी videos के चक्कर मे न पड़े, जो कम दिनों मे ज्यादा weight loss करने का दावा करती हैं.
    हमे weight loss नही fat loss करना है, वो भी healty way से..
    इसकी simple si science hai 👉👉 (1) avoid >white suger, maida, packeged food and refined oil.
    (2) 12 hrs eating window, 12 hrs fasting. Stop eating carbs afer sunset.
    (3) eat till 80% stomach full. Don't overeat.
    4) drink plenty of water.
    5) high protin breakfast /eat salad just before lunch. Include buttermilk in lunch/ light and digestive dinner.
    6) daily 30 minutes exercise/yoga.
    It may take time, but results will be permanent..

    16 fasting window and 8 hour eating window
    At 11 am first we takeee ajwain zeera water
    Breakfast option at 12 am
    Eating window start first we take fruit one fruit or smoothie
    Lunch at 2:30 roti half Joo ke roti or 2 brown bread salad with dahi with salan or rice with salad bowl of rayetha mid evening snacke. Tea or coffee without sugar with dry fruits peanuts
    Dinner at 7 pm
    Half roti bowl of rayetha with salan or oatmeal with fruits salt free dinner help in good weight loss chia seeds must
    Grilled chicken Tikka aor meat Tikka ets at bed time drink green tea without sugar

    rice or chapati with salad qnd raita in lunch
