  • फास्टिंग करने का सही तरीका पता चल जाए तो इसके सेहत में गजब के परिणाम मिलते हैं फास्टिंग बहुत से लोग करते हैं लेकिन सही तरीके से फास्टिंग करने की प्रक्रिया जानना जरूरी है क्योंकि बहुत से लोग फास्टिंग करने की सही विधि नहीं अपनाते हैं और इससे उनको पूरा लाभ नहीं मिलता है वास्तव में फास्टिंग या उपवास करने का एक पूरा तरीका है अगर इस तरीके से उपवास किया जाए तो फिर पेट क्लीन होगा आते साफ होंगी बीमारियां दूर होंगी और सेहत में सुधार होगा!
    Fasting has wonderful result in health but it should be exercised in proper way. There is a certain procedure for fasting if it is followed results are tremendous.     सुबह खाओ, दोपहर खाओ फिर अगली सुबह खाओ लीवर को 4 बजे से अगली सुबह 8 बजे तक 16 घंटे भोजन पचाने के लिए मिलेंगे जिस से कोई बीमारी नहीं लगेगी ऐसा मेरा निजी प्रयोग है। ये आयुर्वेद सम्मत भी है।
