I feel energetic and light
I am 54 years old woman and I am doing intermittent fasting with a fasting period of 14 hours currently and I am fine. It has given the whole body energy and feels really good when you don't stuff food just because it's said to be given 3 or 4 times according to the clock Feed only when the body ask don't stuff just because its lunch time or dinner time and also having dinner before sunset has created a healthy system altogether and I am really enjoying taking care of the body and its functioning by giving a break and rest time to them too.
Nice informative video mam I started intermittent fasting 4 months ago I keep my fasting period 15 hours and it’s working well for me lost 11 lbs in 4 months stopped losing weight anymore but it’s working very well for me I break my fast with soaked nuts followed by light breakfast salad in afternoon and dinner anytime between 6 to 7 it worked well for me and of course light exercise everyday is helping my knee joints that’s what I started to overcome my knee arthritis pain feeling much better!!

I have started intermittent fasting 18/ 6 from 01/Nov/2023 it's been 4 months ago and I have uterine fabroids and non alcoholic fatty liver. My weight WAS 105 KG😢 and Now I AM 83 KG🥰. I am still doing let's see what happened next 😊.

Main Raat ko 9 baje khana khata hu, aur next Day 1 baje apna lunch leta hu. 16 Hrs Fasting ho rahi hai. Office se ghar aane tk 8.45 baj jaate hai. Isiliye raat ka dinner late ho jata hai.

Jab me intermittent fasting karti hu. Mera 17 to 18 hours ka ho jata hai 15 days me ek bar karti hu. Jab bahar ka kuch heavy meal liya ho tab bhi dusre din kar leti hu intermittent fasting than bahot hi acchi Felling aati hai n body relex n energetic ho jata hai .
Yoga karne bhi maza aata hai body halka hota hai to.😍

Thanks. I’m 85 without any major health 20:46 problems. I do take 16 hours gap but my weight has been steady for nearly 20 years. I walk 5 miles everyday & stretching exercises for 15 minutes with daily routine like cooking, washing etc. I eat at 6.30 pm and next morning at 10.00 my first meal is 1 teaspoon honey. Half teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon lime juice, half cup warm ginger water. Then I’ve a cup of tea. No breakfast but lunch at 2.00 pm with lentils cooked, vegetables cooked. No rice, no roti no bread. Any fruit with peanuts or badam or walnut. Evening at 6.30 cucumbers/tomato salad with yogurt cilantro crushed peanuts. Sometimes I do have fish for lunch. But it’s working well for me.
